We keep Bitcoin for every 365 days of our lives, but we forget that no person can work effectively every day. Despite this, we spent our entire lives holding Bitcoin without taking into account our health. The bitcoin you have hidden from the public needs to be protected not only by you, you need good health to stay alive to spend your effort and sweat, you need proper health maintenance to boost your immune system and stay longer but almost every day of our life's, we spend time discussing how to invest in bitcoin, how to secure it but we don't discuss how to stay alive to spend it, especially where we spent half of our lives online interacting with other people on the discussion of bitcoin and what is happening to bitcoin in other parts of the world.

This is not a guide but optimized ways to stay healthy as a Bitcoin holder who wishes to see his Bitcoin value tomorrow, this advice will help you stay functional especially if you are the type that is always glued to the internet every day, especially those who have an addiction of opening any Bitcoin popup notification, it’s good to stay updated about the current happening of bitcoin but too much of everything is bad for the health especially when they involve assets, the recommendation is as follows:

1. Spend time with your family and friends: Not every day of your life should always be about Bitcoin, you should have a life outside of Bitcoin, it will help your body and health when you engage with people outside Bitcoin and also spend time with them, it helps you preserve energy and also improves your perception of people outside bitcoin and others exposure outside bitcoin.

2. Book a day with your health instructors and doctors: The majority of people don't check their health status until something is wrong in their system, you want to hold onto your Bitcoin and want it to grow in value and keep it safe from any harm but it becomes a problem to check on your health. Remember that health is wealth and to spend from that bitcoin in the future, you need to be in proper health condition to spend it wisely otherwise you may even end up spending it on your health, do frequently check your system and tackle it where it is necessary for adjustment.

3. Do early morning exercise: There is no harm in doing common exercises for the body, they keep your immune on check and your body system in a fit way, unless you have some specific health challenges, doing morning exercise helps you boost your immune system and also makes you strong, instead of staying all day and night inside without doing anything take a walk and do some exercise for the body system.

4. Spend Bitcoin on your health status when there is no alternative for funds: At a point in life, an unfortunate situation arises that you cannot predict and people don't like to lend money, when you have a health challenge without an alternative to the source of money and you have a bitcoin, don't hesitate to take some sats and take care of yourself, it might not even be you who is in need of the money, it might be your parent or siblings, there is no crime if you spend it on them.

5. Take a break from the ways you check the Bitcoin chart: Holding Bitcoin for the first time as a newbie could be challenging and you have this urge to check the chart when there is any trending news, it is good to check what is going on but doing it over and over can cause anxiety and fears and that's what people who hate bitcoin want you to feel but fear not, bitcoin has proven and will continue to perform well, take care of yourself and bitcoin will take care of itself.

6. Small meet up with people who have the same Bitcoin goals as you: Staying indoors can be depressing sometimes, even introverts feel lonely and bored when they are alone, meeting up with people who have a common insight of Bitcoin will help you and thinks outside your surrounding and indirectly exercising because even sun is good for the body system.

In order to enjoy your Bitcoin as you age with time, your health should be something important and a resource that should never be taken for granted. As we age, the body weakens, but it can be maintained with proper care of health. Being proactive with your health keeps you alert and makes you feel better and safer, keep your Bitcoin safe and take care of your health.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

There is no one on earth who is capable of spending 24 hours a day on Bitcoin without doing any other thing in life. We always have time for our other activities, and our leisure time is also not excluded.

Health matters a lot to everyone's life, and as such, we all take good care of it. Even when someone is addicted to something, that does not mean they will not have any other time aside from spending it just on that.

Bitcoin is an exciting thing, and we learn a lot about it every single day and time. I read news, study about new things around it, and all of that, but it's not compulsory that it must be done in an instance; we also spend time on ourselves.

Bitcoin is not that much work for one to dedicate their whole day to it; even those who are not just investors but developers and hackers who are either looking for ways to make the system better or ways to penetrate the system still have time for themselves and take good care of their health.

To me, I don't think there is anyone out there who is putting 100% of their time just on Bitcoin; it's nearly impossible, although there are people who are obsessed with things but not to that extent.
Health matters a lot, and we take good care of it, for it's those who have good health who will have the time to think about money.

It's too general and not correct. Each person will hold bitcoins during a different time like 1 day (they still consider they are holder), 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or 1 year and even longer.

It is important to take good care of our health because without good health we are poor. All the points you explain are very important because focusing on making money without proper health care can lead to sickness or even death. When one dies other people will enjoy the money he left behind. Eating healthy food, proper exercise, periodic health check, adequate sleep and rest, etc. are very important. This cryptocurrency world operates 24 hours. Never sleeps and no days off, especially if his position is a trader. You read some paragraph and summarize everything that deflected from the original post, where did I say people spent 24 hours of their time in bitcoin everyday, maybe you have to go through the post again but this time read it slowly and get the message, and because you don't that doesn't means others do, don't generalized and from my post, I didn't either, it was tips to maximize our health to stay healthy if you hold Bitcoin or you don't get sick sometimes? No one is immortal, you need good health to see your bitcoin, that's the whole idea.

There is a good saying: "Health is Wealth." And I strongly believe in that because whenever your health get worsen, you just want your body to get up back and you would never think of anything else in that period of time. And once you are fully recover, we start ignoring our health and keep on consuming injurious things which gives us adrenaline push for some hours. Maybe what I wrote is what I myself go through every time... damn, need to fix myself up.

I don't know if this could be true for the majority of us, of course holding and buying bitcoin is not that complicated, the thing is that you need to have mental toughness to be a long term holder.

But with the way the OP put it, I disagree with the majority of the statements. It seems that becoming a bitcoin investor is a burden for some that you are somewhat embroidered with it for the rest of your life, It's not. Otherwise if you think that way then your health is going to suffer, it is not complex as it sounds in my opinion.

For every reason we were found investing on bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency doesn't stand a reason enough to avoid taking care of ourselves especially when it comes to health issues, there must be a balance between the two such a way that non must be affected by either way, we should take good care of ourselves in other to be able to take good care of our asset well because health is wealth.

Another important advise to take note of is that we need to take good care of ourselves by eating well, when we eat well we will hardly fall sick, but when we don't, our immune becomes vulnerable to disease attacks, the money we should eat with shouldn't be used for an investment if the condition does not warrant such, we can learn to save over time from our daily, weekly or monthly income and invest with it.

There is a difference between a bitcoin holder and a trader, the two are different. There are people who hold Bitcoin and never even once check their wallet. The my point is maximizing health for bitcoin hodls and not traders.

I choose to disagree on this. I believe the mental toughness come in when you holding an uncertain coin like the lower altcoin. If you a a good student of crypto-currency you would be aware about volatile and also should be aware of the strength and records of Bitcoin. Generally Bitcoin can drop to $1000 and I would still be very confident in holding Bitcoin.

In as much as they say health is wealth, it is only a healthy man that can be able to generate wealth for himself and it is also known that wisdom is profitable to direct and as such, one needs t take good care of their health in other to stay healthy and alive. Of what use will your wealth be when you are not healthy to enjoy it. So in doing, one needs to apply knowledge in handling matters of this nature so as to avoid breakdown.
Looking at the bitcoin investment, it is not a big deal though but as a matter of fact, it needs attention more especially for those into trading and other aspect that needs constant check but that does not mean it would deny you of your family, routine and other aspect of life endeavor nor making you to breakdown.

If someone invests far more than they can afford to lose, it doesn't matter what they invested in or how much research they put in, they would panic when the market turns red and even consider cutting their losses.

It's not only about what you invest in, it's about how you invest.
We have holders who have no plan for the future and no buying strategy, they just buy and hodl and contemplate selling at each bull run. We would all plan for how much we want to invest and how long we plan to hodl.

Although in some parts of the world there are people who are so ignorant about their health concerns, they are steadfast in facing their day-to-day hustles and jobs, and speaking of that, it's not only for Bitcoin investors. There is always the saying that "health is Wealth," and I believe everyone is aware of it. Anyone who ever chooses to joke with their health should also know what the result is likely to lead to death. Bitcoin investment or trading doesn't take up anybody's time like some other jobs do, so whoever is using Bitcoin as an excuse for not taking care of their health or spending time with their family is just lying to themselves because it can never be Bitcoin.

Health is one of the aspect most people compromised, they rather wait to get sick before they take a step to treat it instead of them to prevent it, so that when the sickness comes later, it will be minimal but we majority will wait after the system is about to collapsed before you see them running up and down to see their doctor or health personal which in my opinion is bad practice.

5. Take a break from the ways you check the Bitcoin chart: Holding Bitcoin for the first time as a newbie could be challenging and you have this urge to check the chart when there is any trending news, it is good to check what is going on but doing it over and over can cause anxiety and fears and that's what people who hate bitcoin want you to feel but fear not, bitcoin has proven and will continue to perform well, take care of yourself and bitcoin will take care of itself.

I think this summarizes everything, overworking and going mile to stay in anything you do can affect your health, we all need a break, spend time with your self with happiness and have peace of mind, it boost productivity and not only that, it clears of your head to make great strategic decisions and above all, have a good meal once in a while, take yourself out and enjoy every bit of second because dead man tell to tails.

We keep Bitcoin for every 365 days of our lives, but we forget that no person can work effectively every day. Despite this, we spent our entire lives holding Bitcoin without taking into account our health. The bitcoin you have hidden from the public needs to be protected not only by you, you need good health to stay alive to spend your effort and sweat, you need proper health maintenance to boost your immune system and stay longer but almost every day of our life's, we spend time discussing how to invest in bitcoin, how to secure it but we don't discuss how to stay alive to spend it, especially where we spent half of our lives online interacting with other people on the discussion of bitcoin and what is happening to bitcoin in other parts of the world.

I've wondered the same thing about how people are so worried about holding bitcoin and continue to acquire more of it just to hold for as long as they can. I also wonder if there will ever be a moment when they can actually spend these bitcoins. Everyone should have a reason for investing in bitcoin and holding it for a long time. Of course, the main goal is to make money, but what happens after you've achieved a reasonable profit? Do you spend it or do you keep the bitcoin for an extended period of time? I haven't made much money from holding bitcoin, but when I do, I'll set aside some of it to spend and care for my health while hodling the rest because we aren't guaranteed to live forever.

Always consider the future when making decisions and keep in mind that we shall all pass away at some point.

However, I often wonder what the point of having an asset is when you can't use it to meet your needs, especially crucial needs like your own or a family member's health. In these cases, you should use your bitcoin for it if there is no other source of funding.

6. Small meet up with people who have the same Bitcoin goals as you: Staying indoors can be depressing sometimes, even introverts feel lonely and bored when they are alone, meeting up with people who have a common insight of Bitcoin will help you and thinks outside your surrounding and indirectly exercising because even sun is good for the body system.
Nope, I don't think this is a good idea, I'm happy where I am right now when it comes to interacting with people who have the same interest as mine, you know what they say about not meeting your heroes? Yeah, I don't want to be disappointed that some of you are not what I expect you to be, I like to keep you guys as concepts, much better for my mental health. Also, don't assume that someone doesn't go outside just because they are involved in bitcoin, I go to work and walk for sometime to get to the bus station so I do think I am getting enough sunlight.
