I am designing a custom hologram for physical bitcoins, and I would like to make it multi-lingual.

What is the best word(s) to use to say something is a genuine item.

English words:
Authentic
Genuine
Original

This would be to signify that this item is not a fake.

Also, do you primarily use the word Bitcoin, or do you use some translated form of that word.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

We use both. The translated form is "比特币".

Authentic:正宗
Genuine:真品
Original:原装

 真品 = Genuine Product
 真正 = Genuine

I don't think 正宗 or 原装 are what you are looking for. 正宗 is usually used for cultural products (e.g authentic French food), so it might be appropriate depending on context.

The first guy was just joking with you. Chinese dark humor.

官方的 means official. The joke here is that Communist party officials have access to perks like special water sources, filtered air, clean food, and genuine products that are not given to the regular citizenry.

Thus official is a synonym for genuine.

I guess your sources of information also have a lot of humor... Or did you got that very trustable piece of information from TV? Here in germany they hand out same data, and I always wondered who believes that. Now I know. Cheesy
