My username is Kahleesi on Duelbits, 3 months ago I was required to complete KYC, which I completed. However they are still yet to withdraw 2k USD and are telling me that they are still processing my request and will have an update.
 
This has been going on for 3 months now with still no update. The total deposit amount was $1600 USD and withdrawal was about $2100USD. There is 288k wagered on that account for mines and dice.
 
I don't know what to do to get the money out, as Duelbits are obviously not planning on withdrawing and are refusing to explain why. I've reached out on both casino guru and trustpilot, to which duelbits have just responded that they are processing the complaint, but to no result.

Looks like this is a new account here so I would welcome you to this platform. So sorry you are going through this and I must tell it is not a good experience one would have to undergo just for their own funds to be given back to them. The casino in question is a well known casino here and have registered their presence long ago and as a matter of fact, they are very much active and also have a running signature campaign ongoing. Maybe just as they have said, they might be actually on your case although based on your claims to have waited fora long time, you will still have to be patient with them as I believe they would definitely  see to your case being settled.

When they say that they are processing the withdrawal they really meant it, I'm not saying that there is nothing to worry but you have to do what you have to do when posting an accusation here in Bitcointalk, post and bring out all the available proofs and whatever screenshot you have, and call out Duelbits, acroman08 already sent a PM we'll wait for the reply and hopefully, it will be resolved as soon as possible like the one with $500k issue that is already resolved but the complainant did not show up here to lock the thread and change the title to resolve.
I hope you are different if ever the case is resolved in your favor you will do the right thing.

Just head over their official announce thread and post this and you'll get the attention of them. 3 months is a long process for your kyc and withdrawal. While I have also read some other users posting and complaining about other casinos, the complain was just identical as yours that they're not giving the reason why and what's making the process so long. You can ask them for an update but I doubt it that they'll tell you the reason if that's part of the process and their internal affairs until they resolve it.

Such a quick response from you guys. Now we do get it that whenever someone's having this type of check and investigation with their accounts, we're having the idea that there's really a thorough check that's happening and the potential abuse coming from the accuser. But then, it's all good and you guys did responded on it and considered despite there's the detection of potential abuse. Did you guys do nothing about OP's account like banning him or he's still allowed to gamble with your platform? I remember some case with other casino that after releasing fund and the checking of situation of the account, they removed and banned the person.

The issue has been ongoing for over three months, though. It's only after OP made a scam accusation here that they acted swiftly. I wonder what happens to clients who don't bother opening a complaint here.

Nonetheless, good job on the forum Representative for speeding up the resolution of issues.
Did you guys do nothing about OP's account like banning him or he's still allowed to gamble with your platform? I remember some case with other casino that after releasing fund and the checking of situation of the account, they removed and banned the person.
The account was open. It was the withdrawal that was not being processed. In fact, one of the customer support agents told OP that he could still play/gamble with the funds in the platform if he wanted.

Check your wallet. Just because it says Pending does not mean it has not been sent. The withdrawal was sitting for too long so we had to manually send it.

Such a quick response from you guys.
The issue has been ongoing for over three months, though. It's only after OP made a scam accusation here that they acted swiftly. I wonder what happens to clients who don't bother opening a complaint here.
You're right, I was overwhelmed when I saw the response yet forgotten that it took 3 months already for the investigation and resolve.

Did you guys do nothing about OP's account like banning him or he's still allowed to gamble with your platform? I remember some case with other casino that after releasing fund and the checking of situation of the account, they removed and banned the person.
The account was open. It was the withdrawal that was not being processed. In fact, one of the customer support agents told OP that he could still play/gamble with the funds in the platform if he wanted.
Ahh, usually with these cases that I've seen. They don't like such complains coming from the customers and after resolving the issue, they're closing down the accounts. So, everything has went well already and I agree that OP should now lock this topic as it's already resolved.
