I am still a newbie in knowledge about the forum, I am still learning things in the forum. And both of you have helped me from one way or the other. And I don't like to put my mouth on things in the reputation board. But this touched me well. I am not well pleased with this drama.
These are people I respect in the forum so I was not expecting this to display here from you guys. I am not blaming anyone but ignoring one another would have resolved this escalated melodrama.

The OP is a vindictive attention-seeker who does not deserve your time therefore add him to your ignore list. Only read his posts when others quote them and only if they catch your eye because that is what he deserves. Anyway you will not be missing much by not reading his posts. This forum does not need individuals such as the OP who base the majority of their tenure here on drama and politics and continue trying to make themselves relevant (as though they have some sort of authority when in reality they have none) but it does need quality contributors such as yourself.

He uses every opportunity against me to either create threads or makes posts asking members to distrust me. I have received some disgusting words and attitude from the OP but I have never retaliated with profanities. He is on my ignore list where he belongs along with several others. He is someone who cannot contribute positively to the forum in literally any capacity, unfortunately that is the low calibre of person you are dealing with. Having said that, keeping in mind all that previous trolling and pathetic behaviour the OP conducted towards me (with his fellow trolls), I did not resort to profanities and you should not do that too.

I think it's pretty obvious why he stopped quoting articles without citing sources (which it looks like you, too, are guilty of), and it has nothing to do with being a merit whore.
I checked his history.  He still starts long in depth threads on a fairly regular basis, just like he did when he "needed" merit. 

The feedback was left one and half or more years ago when it was a fact, at that time he was earning all those merit by [1]making topics without giving credit to the sources [2] spamming the reputation boards with his self praised topics [3] there were many other evidences of his merit whoring. The merit whoring was obvious at that time.

What's obvious is you don't like the guy and you do like creating drama.

He puts efforts into his posts and he doesn't scam people.  That puts him in the top 5% of posters on the forum imo.

In general, there is always an opportunity to reach an agreement, and not to show your stubbornness to the very end, even if this does not bring any results.

My suggestion is to remove all these neutral tags from each other and close this thread so as not to continue this unnecessary drama. After that, just ignore each other.

I think this will be the most optimal, reasonable and correct decision for everyone. Personally, all these conflicts and their discussion are not interesting to me at all.

Alternatively, we could all stop posting in this thread and giving the issue attention that it doesn't deserve. I think with the deletion of some tags, we are at least seeing some progress and it shows that maybe they are interested in finding a solution. We should all take a back seat and see if they find some common ground and resolve their issues.

Things like this happens in almost every settings where you have people coming together from different places and background, this is bitcointalk and everyone talks what he feels right or not, but whenever there's an argument like this, rhe way forward should be the first priority we should sign in and Ratimov have already made the move from what he stated as a way forward, each should remove the tag and ignore, i think if we all learn to make use of this ignore button effectively, there won't be more need of having a means of making an argument on someone who's already ignored by you.

It's been like a calm and sunny desert island here compared to how it was back in 2015-17 or so.  You ought to browse Meta in December 2017-January 2018, right up to when the merit system got dropped on everyone as if the Enola Gay was making a second pass and bitcointalk was next door neighbors with Hiroshima.  The forum exploded and the ensuing chaos did not die down for months.  Fond memories.
