I find it easier to get out of the gambling circle, don't talk for me, talk for yourself, I am not an addict, and even if I gamble continuously in a week it's because I have the money to throw away for that week, I know when to stop and I know when to stay away, the way I reason is to always be in control of everything I get myself involved with.

I have to take 10 rolls on Slots every two days in a week and if I win good amount even on the 2nd trial I stop for that day, it's over and it's time to go home, I know myself better, if I continue I will lose them all, I set some rules for myself and it's better experiment than what I used to do when I was new to gambling.

I started gambling using Dogecoin years ago and I was already in crypto at the time, it was easier to get Dogecoin through faucets online back then so it's almost like I lost nothing when I use the coins to gamble.

I did not know much about football at the time. It was February 2014. I place bet on 3 matches with just novice guesses and I won the three matches. I thought gambling is interesting and thought that is how I will continue to win, but opposite has been the outcome.

It matters a lot how much we lose even if we have much money. If you are trying to profit from something and you don't see light at the end especially if it is luck based you can throw in the towel. In this case some people play gambling only for the main purpose of profit and not any feeling of fun, so those set of people won't continue at a point. I know much of such people who have stopped playing gamble because they didn't see any benefit from it after feeling that they can use it as source of income. Therefore, giving up is possible despite how much we have.

Well, if your first experience in gambling through online gambling, then most probably you're just new in gambling or still at young age to experience online gambling as your first gambling experience.
It's kinda vague to me how was my first experience in gambling, but I'm pretty sure it was in the local fair as they offer various kind of games where you can place your bet and win some prizes, fiat and non-fiat prizes. The amount of betting though is not as much as what we usually place in the casino or online casino, but sure it was still a form of gambling.
IMO, it's not really that hard to get rid of your gambling habits especially when you already have financial responsibilities.

I reminisce the time you were talking about when it was easy to acquire dogecoin from faucets. That should be in the time around 4-6 years ago but however, it is still considered a loss because you would have used enough quantity of dogecoin to stake in place of bitcoin. Moreover, dogecoin later got a bull run and the value went up. Sure that would have been some loss in your early days because having those dogecoin now means a lot.

My first time gambling was probably back in late 2013 when i joined crypto. The first thing crypto introduced me to was gambling (dice site). Never before that had any interest in gambling.

I was still very young when I was introduced by an elderly man in my neighborhood who introduced me to the world of gambling. According to him, he felt I'd be good at predicting match outcomes and bankrolled me for over 2 months. Then, I had to placed bets at a physical shop and afterwards, I discovered I could do the same (bet on sports events) straight from the comfort of my house and kept at it.
