A great list or rather signs put together, but to be honest, I don't need to know all this before I know within myself if I am addicted or not addicted to gambling, but then again, its still a great list regardless of how I view it.
And by the way, point with the bullet point six(6) shouldn't be or shouldn't have been included since that does not really tell whether someone is addicted or not, for example, I am not a gambling addict but i still keep all my gambling activities away from my family, this is because the ideal of gambling is not completely seen as moral, most especially for my wife, so the fact that a gambler is not honest and accountable with their gambling activity does not mean he or she is addicted to gambling, they might just decide to keep it away from family and friends for privacy sake, so that point does not really qualify to be there.

They think that they can handle themselves but when they're on the situation, that's when things don't go accordingly to what they have planned for.

That's great for you. I'm glad to hear you've overcome your previous gambling addiction problem. You have to defend it from gambling addiction again, and by looking at what you have experienced, I think you can still avoid gambling addiction. While you have mentioned the emotions of regret related to gambling addicts and non-addicts, I will not agree with the point that non-addicted gamblers not be prepared for a loss. They should be prepared for both loss and win.

Why would a non-addicted gambler will be sad about the gambling loss? I think such a gambler already knows the risk involved in the game and he would be prepared for the loss. This means that he would not risk too much that a loss from gambling will lead to a change in his mood. He must have a money management plan with him and therefore we put him in the non-addicted gamblers category.
