The 44 simply refers to that I bought 50 of them and I have 44 remaining.

These are only limited by the qty I buy - I can always get more. I have done BTC, now these Polygon, I have LTC and ETH ones coming soon as well. They are essentially just custom ballet wallets - like they used to do for the metal ones - just a lot cheaper as theey are plastic.
