Kyc argument? You mean you are from restricted country trying to cash out and you can't because they found out?

if kyc is stated in their terms, then be always ready about it. some may not ask before hand but when circumstances arise like big winnings, unusual activity in your account, large deposits and others, the site may flag down your account and start asking for your credentials.

Nope, he's not mean KYC argument where he's the fault, but the fault is the casino where the gambler already submit all the KYC and the casino still not allow him to withdraw, like the thread I mentioned above.

wrong , there are still other legit and long running casino that does not ask for KYC so OP must learn how to control himself from becoming one.
