In our world of today where Blockchain technology has created financial freedom lots of digital currencies enthusiasts,  believe Bitcoin investments have the striving potential to produce modern age digital currency millionaires and possibly billionaires. I'm not here to talk about Bitcoin volatility, even life itself is volatile but it's worth holding on so Bitcoin also is worth holding on. Why did I say this;  many atimes I hear people using Bitcoin volatility nature to excuse themselves for not investing.

Bitcoin has attracted even world great men and made them believe in blockchain technology. It's not an underlying factor that Bitcoin is a great accumulation of worth. I persive Bitcoin as the emperor, the conquerer and game changer for any jack striving to survive in digital currencies. It's influence cannot be overemphasize, Bitcoin have a multilateral influence in a large number of multi national industries, and could transform a number of sectors globally ranging from agricultural sectors, medicals, logistics sectors are also beneficiaries of Bitcoins, it supply energies to even the  centralized systems.

I'm originally from a society where, enthusiasts are optimistic that Bitcoin existence is part of a daily activities. Bitcoin influence makes it a fascinating investment to enthusiasts and also gives promising future for other altcoins. Bitcoin is endowed with tight security technology and has long term store of value.

Well i believe there are other more important and vital organs of the body that perform more better function than kidney could do since a damaged kidney could be replaced by another or sorrugated by an artificial one, when relating this same idealogy with bitcoin in cryptocurrency, it's more better to say than bitcoin is the head which constitute all the five sense organs and the brainbox of the whole body in which no other organ, cell or system could work without the head, bitcoin is the head of cryptocurrency and that settles it all.

But I do not see the point of your analogy. It is true that Bitcoin is one of the most well-known and widely used cryptocurrencies, but comparing it to a kidney seems a bit far-fetched. Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency that is created and it plays a big role in the cryptocurrency space for sure, its also the most popular cryptocurrency out there, I mean if we are going to delete Bitcoin these days probably this cryptocurrency could still function I mean other blue chips alternative token are already establish it self, like, for example, we have the Ethereum token, there was a huge gap on Ethereum and Bitcoin not still Ethereum was the closes cryptocurrency to Bitcoin even though it has a different purpose and structure to Bitcoin it still able to reach the market price of thousands of dollars in the market. So I think even if bitcoin was deleted at this moment I think Ethereum could easily take over the spot that bitcoin has.

Yea, this is obviously your perception about Bitcoin, but I believe if any Bitcoiner is asked to write a good comprehensive essay about Bitcoin with the use of some metaphorical words, then some people would say that Bitcoin is the leg of all crypto, while some would say it's the heart, some would say it's the brain, and some would say it's the eye, etc. (name them). In that situation, I would say that Bitcoin is the eye of all cryptocurrency because the eye is like the wind of the human body; where one is blind, they can't see anything, and imagine if Bitcoin fails today. That means all cryptocurrencies will crash because Bitcoin is what is holding the market together with the highest trading volume.

I would not go with the kidney, perhaps am not saying you are wrong. The reason is that in the medical field, kidneys can be transplanted through surgery, but if you go blind today, my eye cannot be replaced with yours. So is Bitcoin. If anything happens today to Bitcoin, which Altcoin do you think can take the lead? Is it Ethereum or BNB? I don't think it will work.

It makes more sense that you can't live without a heart, while you can still live without a kidney. Then why the kidneys, not the heart?

Some people consider bitcoin to be the king of cryptocurrencies, and some people consider bitcoin to be the father of cryptocurrencies. Regardless of their assumptions and mindset about bitcoin, it is inseparable from the technology it has brought to the financial system. Bitcoin is nice decentralized money to gain more trust than the old traditional financial system, but I wouldn't be too whimsical to make similes.

Bitcoin is a complete human body if you put it this way and other cryptocurrency is like the son and daughters of Bitcoin even though other cryptocurrency have different algorithms (much like the same as the human race like there are other nationality). Perhaps unpopular in this forum but no less true. I am sure that some of what we call shitcoins are going to coexist with Bitcoin in the future, and Ethereum has all the look of being one of them. I don't think it's going to be more than a dozen or two, which counting that there are more than 26,000 and growing, plus the upcoming implementation of CBDCs that will compete with an advantage in that market, means that a lot of people are going to lose a lot of money.

For me Bitcoin is still the best today and I see no reason for this to change in the near future, we can call it kidney, heart or whatever, but I also believe that the future will be different from how Satoshi imagined it in the white paper: more a store of value than a P2P cash.

I would have preferred it if you limit the scope of this topic to cryptocurrency and not the entire digital currency as Bitcoin can't take the place of many digital currencies it met to the point of becoming dependent on it. But for cryptocurrencies, I doubt if any of them would still survive if Bitcoin fails.

This is why I would have loved it if your topic of the kidney could be changed to that of the heart since the heart is one and the kidney is two. You can survive with one kidney. This makes the heart more important.

While there would be a crash, with the current state of other major cryptocurrencies like Ethereum, they can definitely withstand a Bitcoin failure. Smart contract platforms has simply found their niche already; with stablecoin transfers alone being a huge use-case.

Heart would've been a better analogy. Every human has two kidneys but just one heart. One kidney can be taken out if it goes very bad and no replacement made of it and the human will survive but that can't be tried with the heart. Anyway, I got your drift there.
