Answering everyone's question... It's been almost a month since I've been waiting for the site's response and I still haven't been successful so far. There are two tickets in the post because the support itself, not giving a solution to the first one, opened another one. I haven't put pictures yet because I couldn't do that here. But as soon as I figure out how to do it, I'll post the images of the conversations. My problem is not with withdrawal! It's with affiliate rewards.

Yeah the problem currently is with affiliate rewards but once you get them, who knows they disable their withdrawal. I am saying this become i have been reading a lot about the BC.Game problems and I do not know what is going inside with the management of this casino. If they want to continue their business, they got to resolve these issues quickly else people will lose trust in them.

Trust is hard to build in any casino and I am sure BC.Game should know this. If they are not interested in solving people's queries & issues, I am afraid it's time for their scam exit or something.

Indeed, the silence is killing to be honest, I personally remember how bad I always feel when I have a problem with any site and after reaching out to their customer care, and for like one to two hours, they haven't answered me, i always resolve in my mind that after that issue is solved, I will just get my money out and never use them again.
And personally, I've come to believe that nothing silently and slowly kills a business like bad customer support, not responding to customers when they need help always give the impression that such platform is not reliable and may not be trusted, even when the site owners have no intention of ever committing any kind of fraud against their customers, I don't know what is the plan of BC.game,  even if they don't have any answer for the OP, its takes nothing from them to just say so, than putting up this "I don't care" attitude, this can not help their growth in the long term if they continue like this.

If you're going to get all touchy about a slight delay, maybe the online world isn't for you. I've had my fair share of business experiences, and I'll tell you this - sometimes delays happen. But seriously, jumping ship because of a brief wait? Dramatic much?

If you want to gamble, gamble right: Go for the champions. Stake.com is hands down the best gambling platform out there. Why waste your time with BC.game and their non-existent customer care? On this case, What’s the essence of having a live support if they can’t answer the concern instead they just opem a support ticket to forward it to the devs. This is a general comment for all the casino that have a customer support that can’t answer a simple inquiry aside from generic replies.

Hey guys! thanks to everyone who commented on my post. Here I bring you update of the problem: the issue has not been resolved. I believe we are reaching 50 days without resolution, 2 more tickets were opened about the same problem (4 in total). Remembering that even though I informed them that they already had two open tickets, the support went and opened 2 more with the same problem without solving it. I'm believing they don't want to pay what they owe. If anyone knows of any arbitration organizations against virtual casinos, please comment here. If there is any new information, I will bring it to you.

Okay. I am commenting here again. Very recently BC game solved a scam accusation of user mamu88. Since support does not help in your case, I suggest you contact their representative here and explain your problem privately. User: BC.GAME

I have criticized their support on several occasions. Several casinos claim their support is fast and works 24/7, but they actually do not work in reality. They have a long way to go and have room for improvement. Anyways, I do not see any other good options except for contacting their representative here. In case you already contacted, unfortunately I have nothing to add new regarding this.

have you tried putting this up with the proper channels? Like escalating this to a subject matter expert (I believe they have the capabilities to solve the problem for you) instead of working with the same customer service channel for 3 weeks straight? Or are they not able to provide such accessibilities, and if that's the case then that's a massive red flag for me. Anywho, hope you find the solution you're looking for. Bc.game's pretty big in this forum and they had tons of people who would vouch for their integrity, so I don't think they'd run off with your affiliate money.

Try to escalate this and ask for a higher-up that would expedite the solution for you, perhaps that could work.

Go with whatever @Learn Bitcoin suggested you. I also believe that you should at least send a PM to their representative and share the details of the issue that you're having with their site. I'm more than sure that soon your issue will get resolved, and as far as I know they're a legit site and they're also running their signature campaign on this forum. Like @Learn Bitcoin said that sometimes those casinos claim that they have a proper and working customer support team, but in reality they lack in such department. That's why the only working option for you is to send message to their representative and describe the issue that you're having in detail so that he/she may convery that message to the BC.GAME team.

It's almost another month now and I hope you have your query resolved but in case it's pending then I am sorry for your loss.

Well, they say silence means yes but it's always better to have a confirmation from him. If it's still pending, there might still be a chance and maybe it's part of their rule or punishment in case he did something wrong.

As for the pictures that won't show up, he can always buy a copper membership if he have a spare cash. That would make things easier for him or for us especially if he is planning to upload more proofs or updates. Whatever happens with the case here, it's a failed one, there might be a good reason for it and I think many people wouldn't change their mind of trusting BC.GAME only for a single or two controversial case.

I don't think he will buy a copper membership just to upload the images. He could simply share the links instead.
Well, I personally think that even if there is one scam accusation against a reputable site then that can lead to massive losses.
If proven that the site is guilty it will not only damage their reputation but can also make them face legal action.

Sometimes there really is a reason why the casino doesn't resolve user complaint tickets for weeks or indeed the casino doesn't want to respond to them, it could be that the OP did something that was prohibited by the casino so he was ignored, even though the OP made a lot of tickets but his account was marked by the casino would be useless, we don't really know the real problem, OP is just venting his anger on this thread.

If he has proof of cheating and other things that the casino is doing he should include screenshots or something like that so people believe he is in the right position while the casino should be able to process the problem, 3 weeks is not a long time, so there must be another reason why the casino hasn't responded whether it's because of too many tickets or some other problem.
   
You are right that gambling sites might be really busy and/or there might be other reasons not to respond first. They user tried to contact on live chat too many times then usal for the same issue. And/or the user created multiple tickets which are marked as spam and/or the user violated any rules which need to be verified by kyc verification.

There might be an abuse of the reward here or the site is still working with their investigation, whatever it is the support should inform the player about the issue and give him/her a chance to solve it, this is not a proper way to solve such kind of issue.

On any crypto site, be it an online crypto wallet or explorer and many more, there are always bc.games advertisements and they have money for their advertisements to attract more users, of course they can get them easily out there without having to promote them on this forum, so if indeed bc.games has the problem that the OP explained should have been abandoned by their users too, the OP didn't provide any evidence like screenshots and such to make it easier for everyone to believe that the OP was telling the truth.

We will never know who is right from either the casino or the users, because there are lots of rookie accounts getting paid to take down any casino here, after all bc.games signature campaign is also still active here and there doesn't seem to be many cases like this on the forums although there are some that appear but it seems that most of those who are caught cheating at the casino, not defending anyone, we must not see mistakes from one side only

When people complain about something on this forum and are never active to constantly update the thread, I usually think there are two reasons for this , and they are ..
1. Either the OP has given up and abandoned the issue, that is to them , whether the issue is solved or not is no longer their concern since they are not longer interested in it.
2. Or the issue is solved and the Op forgot to update the thread, that is, inform other users of the forum who showed interest in the issue, that the issue has been resolved > this reason is very common on this forum , most especially amongst new users.

the recent update of OP is last July 23 , and updated again in August 19 in which he counted 50 days of waiting , meaning he will come back again any time soon and no plans of abandoning this thread , because if he truly wanted , he will never wait for 50 days and yet no responses .
this leads something not good towards  BC.Games if not resolve  though they have acted the recent scam accusation and now is being paid ,hoping this will be the next one.

Instead of resolving issues, some members suggested avoiding OP and his thread in the BC game thread. Maybe because they are wearing the BC game signature? Or there might be other reasons as well that we don't know. But there is another case where a player waiting for 15+ days for his KYC update and according to that player, he has opened 10+ live chats. Why not open a complaint file on askgambler like others did? It seems they only claims that they fix issues quickly but users does not agree with that.

So, finally, there is no response by the OP so it might have two things happened whether the OP has created a fake accusation or the problem of OP has been solved. If the problem has been solved then s/he should update that and lock the thread.
