Seems OP just installed some random template downloaded from the internet on that domain. I saw some of his replies to questions about that site and judging by what can be seen on the same place, I'm not sure that the OP has a clear idea of what he wants to do there.
It cannot even be claimed with certainty that he recognizes the difference between a website template and the functionality of the site.

But I will like him to use horizontal instead of vertical because the scrolling down is too long. So I will want the features to appear on horizontal formated and some marquee on the home page.

He doesn't know how to properly configure a site the source is questionable because it doesn't have support if you bought a script there's always support and if he purchase it on Codecanyon and he is the real buyer then it's better to pay the developer to configure the template.
I would not even think of trusting a newbie casino owner with my money if he is inexperience in how to operate a casino if there's a big issue that comes along he will have a hard time addressing it and the players are the one to suffer.

Resolve what actually? Is it not obvious that newbies who come up with such an idea without even knowing anything about it are all in it to make quick money from victims? That's all I could get from it. Based on my calculation, the OP might have seen and imagined how much crypto casinos are making out there and thought of making out its own casino to share some of that money, not knowing that everything is far above what it might look like to him. Real coding experience is required; paying someone entirely to do something that you have no idea about is, at some point, also dangerous, as the programmer, if not a trustworthy person, might be the one who steals the site without the real owner's knowledge.
