Regaining dollar parity should be possible for XRP but I do not think it can happen during this year, as soon as a sufficiently favorable verdict was reached for XRP the price made an incredible jump in just a few hours.

But since then the resistance that XRP has faced has increased and now its price has being going down for a whole week, and if the news about the verdict is not enough to push the price of XRP that high then most likely we will not see that price until the beginning of the altcoin season.

It's just matter of time till this coin can reclaim $1 back again. XRP hype is quite big right now after the court was just ruling SEC as non security coin. I think that another problem gonna come soon as SEC is not stopping yet in battling against XRP.

As long as it did not reach $1 after the SEC news, it is likely that the price will prevail in a corrective wave before returning to $0.5 levels, which may represent a fair price. It is not "potential", we are talking about a near number, so it could very well do that without an issue. Hell even when it was around 50 cents, I could have told you that it would go above 1 dollar. It was nearly 3 dollars at one point, so when the bull run comes passing above 1 dollar will not be an issue.

What you need to ask yourself is the fact that does it worth anything to do and I believe that if we could do it then we should give it a try but would it be bad compared to others? Like lets say XRP did 100% next year after the halving when the bull run started, so it's around 1.4-1.6 range somewhere there, but BNB increased 150%, that means even though you made some money, you still missed a change to make more money. Consider that before you buy into this.

It is all about the demand. Large cap coins indeed are havibg trouble to have quite of a huge price increase but things would be different if most of the investors would participate. Many investors were eyeing for it when the market price of XRP spiked which generated huge volume right after the release of the news. So yes, if it is potential in its boradest definition , Ripple will be always on that list of tokens who are capable of doing such thing.

I believe that if they win their law suit, they would easily achieve that's price knowing that beating SEC is a big deal and they are fighting their case for a long time now. From a technical analysis perspective, yes. If xrp manages to break through the resistance at $1, the next resistance is just at ~$1.3. Except I am not at all sure that we will be seeing this price in September. Not at all. Now the market does not have the strength to overcome even the price of $0.95, it may take some time, given the fact that the market will receive funds from investors. Except now, on the contrary, there is an outflow of funds from the crypto industry.

That was possible, indeed. But, I'd never think it reaches $4 or might even get hard to reach $3. I could still remember that even though the market was bullish, XRP remain low which is why I don't think the surge of price pushed through even if they win the issue. For me, that was enough that they had to get out of such a long attraction with the SEC. But yes, we can't still change the fact that investors have only less interest ( to nothing) in buying this project.

Today indeed XRP is very limited in its strength to reach $ 1 and also this is being pressured by bitcoin which has experienced a decline over the weekend so that it suppresses altcoin prices which were bullish due to the XRP case falling again and experiencing correction again, this is also that in the XRP SEC case will appeal the case he settled last month, but I don't know which points the SEC will appeal at trial.

It is going to be interesting to follow the developments on the price of XRP, on one hand those that claim that XRP should reach a new ATH with ease have a point as finally they are not facing the pressure of the SEC and their lawsuit.

But at the same time, those which claim this will not happen have a point too, as XRP has lost relevancy during the past five years to the point its former rivalry with ethereum no longer exist, as ethereum is many times larger and sees way more use than XRP.

I use to be one of those who expect ripple(XRP) to reach 10 dollars in the past , but after the case was filed? I regret this that will come any time soon that's why now I only look for a little but at least to surely happen.
so 1.35 dollars is much better to soon happening and I know that to follow the 3 dollars .
