Hallo zusammen,

auf gehts zum nächsten Gruppenkauf von Hashingpower.

Es können ca. 15-18 User für je 0.005 BTC, 0.01 BTC oder mehr BTC teilnehmen. Eine höhere Anzahl ist nicht sinnvoll, da ein möglicher Gewinn sonst viel zu klein wird.
Wenn kleiner Beträge als der Mindestbetrag im Einzelfall zugelassen werden, dann wird die Berechnung des Rewards anhand der eingebrachten BTC Menge berechnet.
Hashingpower wird auf Nicehash angemietet und auf den Solo Pool geschossen.
Der Status des Gruppenruns kann während der Laufzeit über den Live View Link beobachtet werden.
Hier sieht man dann auch was unsere Hashingpower ist und unser höchstes Share / Bestshare ist.

Sollte ein Block gefunden werden, wird der Reward an die Teilnehmer ausbezahlt.

Um es im neuen Jahr etwas einfacher zu machen, habe ich mir überlegt die Reservierungen anders zu gestalten.
Im neuen Jahr gibt es auch Reservierungen für Leute die 2,5, 10, ... Blockparty Runs im Vorfeld bezahlen.
Ist das Kontingent ausgeschöpft, wird der Platz automatisch frei und wer anderes kann den Platz nutzen.

Konkret beginnen wir mit der Blockparty Run 2022-1 und wenn jemand bei dem ersten mal 20x 0,01 BTC sendet ist er praktisch bis zur Blockparty Run 20 permanent dabei.
Steigt jemand erst bei der Blockparty Run 2022-7 ein und sendet 10x 0,01 BTC ist er eben bis zur Blockparty Run 17 mit dabei.
Das ganze vereinfacht mir dann die Organisation und Plätze sind nicht permanent von den gleichen belegt, außer es sendet gleich jemand 50x 0,01 BTC für die 50 geplanten Runs.

Sollten wir am Ende 2023 die Runs nicht schaffen, für die jemand bereits bezahlt hat, wird der Letzte Run in 2023 alle Beiträge benutzt um länger zu laufen.

Solange offene Plätze verfügbar sind können die Coins jederzeit ohne ein OK von mir gesendet werden

Sollte etwas passieren wie: Nicehash Account gehackt, Deposit Addresse im Forum Beitrag gehackt, BTC an eine falsche Adresse gesendet, etc. wird kein Ersatz für den Verlust geleistet. Hello all,

let's go to the next group buy from Hashingpower.

As already requested by some forum users I put a new group buy for solo mining. Start at the earliest after the next diff reduction.

~15-18 users for each 0.005 BTC, 0.01 BTC or more BTC can participate. A higher number is not useful, otherwise a possible profit will be much too small.
If smaller amounts than the minimum amount are allowed in a single case, then the calculation of the rewards will be based on the amount of BTC deposited.
Hashingpower is rented on Nicehash and shot on the solo pool.
The status of the group run can be observed during the runtime via the Live View link.
Here you can see what our hashingpower is and what our highest share / bestshare is.

If a block is found, the reward will be paid out to the participants.

To make it a little easier in the new year, I've decided to do the reservations differently.

If the quota is exhausted, the place will be automatically free and someone else can use the place.

Specifically, we start with the Blockparty Run 2022-1 and if someone sends 20x 0.01 BTC at the first time, he is practically permanent until the Blockparty Run 20.
If someone joins the Blockparty Run 2022-7 and sends 10x 0.01 BTC, he will be a member until Blockparty Run 17.

richtig, 0,005 ist Minimum und wenn du für 5 Runs reservieren willst dann 0,025 btc eintragen und 5x dazuschreiben. Voting ist wie schnell angemietet werden soll, also wie viel Hashpower. Länge des Laufs ist immer 24h plus je nachdem wie viele mitmachen, wie der Preis ist und wie schnell wir unterwegs sind.

Das sieht ja ganz interessant aus, gerade eben erst drauf gestoßen.

Wieviel kostet denn momentan ein Exahash für einen Tag? Auf https://www.nicehash.com/marketplace steht 0.1EH für 0.234 BTC.
https://solochance.com/ gibt mir dafür eine 1/25 Chance.
Dh für 5.85 BTC hätten wir eine Gewinnerwartung des Blockrewards von 6.25 BTC (plus Transaction fees oder bleiben die aus?).
Also einen positiven Erwartungswert von + 6.84% des Einsatzes (und das ohne die fees die ja eigentlich noch obendrauf kommen sollten)!

Wie kann es sein, dass Hashingpower verkauft wird, wenn es +EV ist, diese selbst zu nutzen?
Oder hab ich da einen Wurm in meiner Rechnung?

Mir ist klar, dass es dennoch vom Glück abhängt, ob man nun einen Block findet oder nicht, aber mir geht es um die positive Gewinnerwartung.
Wenn das so korrekt ist, wäre ich gerne für 0.005 für ein paar 24h runs in Folge dabei.

Hab inzwischen gehört, dass die Nicehash Preise für 0.1 EH/s nicht unbedingt skalierbar sind, dh. sobald wir mehr anmieten wird's teurer pro 0.1 EH/s - wie ist da Deine Erfahrung?
Ich denke ich such jetzt mal 2x 0.005 zusammen und mach da einfach mal mit.

Nicehash ist halt eine Börse auf der Hashpower gehandelt werden. Nachfrage regelt den Preis.
Je mehr nachgefragt wird, desto höher steigt der Preis. Genaueres kann ich da nicht sagen, einfach mal selbst auf Nicehash schauen. Preisspanne geht von derzeit 2,5 bis 3,2 BTC / EH / Tag
Verfügbar sind gerade ca. 3 EHs auf Nicehash. Wenn du also 0,1 EHs buchen willst, wird das den Preis nicht sehr hoch treiben.
Willst 2 EHs anmieten, wird der Preis sehr hoch gehen, da du ja alle anderen überbieten musst und die ja auch mitziehen um ihre Rentals am laufen zu halten.

Zum anderen Thema: Nur weil du 100% Shares der Diff erzeugt hast, heist das noch lange nicht das du einen Block findest. Es kann genau so gut sein das du 200% Shares der Diff erzeugst und keinen Block findest, aber dafür ca. 10-15 BTC verbrannt hast. Gewinnerwartung ist eins, einen Block zu finden das andere. Wenn das so sicher wäre, hätte ich mein Haus verkauft und alles auf Nicehash geschoben, oder einen Kredit genommen und Nicehash gefüttert.

Du kannst einen Block bei unter 100% Luck finden oder bei über 100% Luck, ist alles drin und ist eben Glück und nicht vorhersehbar.

Unsere drei letzten Blöcke haben wir sehr früh gefunden, hätte auch 90% / 120% oder 250% sein können

Ist klar.  Expected value halt, darum geht's mir. Alles andere ist Varianz, darauf hat man natürlich keinen Einfluss.
Was genau bedeuted die Luck Zahl? Bezieht sich das auf die Chance einen Block zu finden?

Der Luck ist die Anzahl der Shares die wir erzeugt haben im Vergleich zur aktuellen Diff.

Wenn wir 10% der aktuellen diff an Shares erzeugt haben und würden einen Block finden, dann haben wir einen Block bei einem Luck / Glück von 10% gefunden.

Die Difficulty ist schon sehr hoch, aber wenn es einfach wäre, dann würde es jeder machen. Wenn ich nicht so faul wäre heute, dann hätte ich dir die Coins für den Run schon gesendet. Ich werde auch mitmachen wollen, wann brauchst du die Coins? Diese Woche?
