The cost is 3%

We will use coinbase rate https://www.coinbase.com/converter/btc/usd plus 3% to BTC amount.
For example, now rate is 0.334089879866 for $10000, thus you will transfer me (0.334089879866 * 1.03) = 0.34411257626198 BTC for $10000 (i will up a $300).

We can exchange a small amounts for first time, a hundreds dollars.
