As far as I'm concerned, the OP posted this job advertisement very frivolously, because serious people would at least provide the company name, e-mail or LinkedIn, and here we only have a bunch of requirements that the candidate needs to fulfill and Telegram for contact - not at all suspicious, right?

Why do I feel bad about this project is it because they have these words in their project description

These are the same words that scammers are using in their platform to hype their project, their standard for applicants is very high, I'm sure many of us here are qualified but does this project are on our standard we don't know OP is not posting anything and this is not good.
In an environment where so many dubious and fake projects OP should be transparent and prove that people are not taking part in a dubious project.

OP, it is good for you to have called the attention of the platform to what you offer but if after saying all these and yet no clues about your organisation, what confidence do you have in your own organisation to have come this far to creating awareness about it. What you have done shows that you too do not have confidence in your organisation otherwise you could have mentioned the name of your organisation and possibly drop the be website for review as the case maybe. Only then you can get the attention and possible recommendations you deserve but as for this you have done, I think you have tried your best and let the other processes takes it course.
