I withdrew 20,000 usdt after winning in Baccarat on Duelbits (total deposits 12000). I’ve been waiting for more than 24hours and no payment. I’ve never played there before, so those who play there is this a common issue?

I played on Stake, Rollbit, Gamdom, Bitcasino.io, and never had to wait for more than 8hours for a withdrawal (including KYC or not). Just to know what to expect.

Did you contact support? If not then contact them to find out why it is taking so much time. I feel your withdrawal has been flagged as the winning amount is big.

That's a lot you deposited on an online casino you've never used before, anyways Duelbit is not a small company in this space, and their rep is quite good too.

What is the customer representative saying? Have you get in touch with them before creating this topic? You should have done that first before coming here.

It's sometimes normal when a gambler win a big amount of money and the withdrawal is been delayed, get used to it now because it happens a lot.

I will advice you to contact the customer care. Crypto withdrawal on crypto gambling sites are very fast, unlike the fiat gambling sites. The withdrawal supposed to take less than 24 hours (Duelbit even said withdrawal is instantly). But you said it is more than 24 hours now. Better to contact their customers care as soon as possible.

contact directly the support mate because it is not normal for duelbits to release that long withdrawal though maybe you are being flagged because you are withdrawing a not so small amount.

Customer support said they don’t know why it is being delayed and that they don’t have any timeframe on when this could be resolved.

On the other websites I also withdrew these amounts and sometimes much more (180k on Rollbit).

Anyway no problem I understand, but I am only asking others who play there about their experience, just to know what to expect. I’ve seen the thread about the 500k win but that’s on another level.

OP, as others have already mentioned, your best bet would be to contact Duelbits customer support and see what they say. The withdrawal should not normally take that long, but it is possible that your case has been flagged for manual review due to their regulatory requirements. Has the casino asked you for KYC? Sometimes, the verification of KYC documents can take some time. There was a recent case from member BitcoinHunt3r who was waiting for verification for about 9 days. If that's the case, you have no other option but to wait until your KYC is verified and the withdrawal is approved.

IMO, you should share more data. They asked you KYC or not, how the process current going by responding from them, and how is your gameplay style (Deposit 12,000$) but could be you are not passed the waggering requirement 1x/deposit amount.

In every casino there has some unwritten rule, you need to passed 1x waggering from the deposit you are made before created a withdraw (it's for money laundry). This means that your withdrawal process is being reviewed manually or maybe the account is marked and they will conduct an internal investigation so that after that they will reply to you with the reasons explained.

It is also possible that they will provide a KYC verification process for you even though they are not currently doing it but the support team can request it.

So the previous withdrawal was smooth instantly and the withdrawal is now 20k pending, there is no other way but to wait for a reply.

This is already an indicator that there's a problem towards your withdrawal request so best to contact there support to know what is the issue of your request on why it take that long. If there's no problem will be seen then for sure they can release it immediately, but if there's something suspicious found maybe it will take some time before they get finish on possible investigation so best to talk with them to get a clear answer regarding on this delays.

That is very strange. If customer support itself has told you that they do not know the reason for the delay then perhaps something went wrong? Did you check to see if you withdrew to the correct address? I always triple and quadruple check, especially with such large amounts of money. You need to be 100% sure you withdrew to the correct blockchain, as well. Was this USDT address a ERC20 or A TRC20 or some other blockchain?

It is common for support to wait for a response from the security council for these checks, if support has not gotten any response then they will not explain anything.
What I know in the casino is that when there is a complaint to support, then support will send it to the security team after which the security team will convey it again to support and support replies to the email that was complained about.

Since they have contacted you to wait then all you have to do at this moment os to exercise some Patience, at least you're not been snubbed so you should take it as a sign that they are really interested in resolving your issue as soon as possible.

Since they didn't request for KYC that could have taken some time to get verified then it probably will be some technical fault, just wait and see the next response you'll get from the support if it's positive.

I hope everything goes fine with your withdrawal. What I was surprised by is that you did not question them. I mean anyone in your position would ask them why they need to for their reply? What exactly is going around with the withdrawal request? Did you ask them those questions or never ask them such questions? As the amount is big I would have asked those questions. In most cases, if a new user makes big they do all those multiple manual checks to verify if the win was legit.

The writing style of OP is similar to the accusation created towards Duelbits for 500K usd which was eventually released to the player. I hope he didn’t create an extra account at their website and got caught 😆
