For those of us that are not into foodstuffs and groceries that are necessities of life that no matter how hard and heightened the economic situations turns out  people go still buy food to stay alive.

For some of us wey dey into business like sales of products, materials and other services wey no be foodstuffs, how market nah? For my own area in the past months the patronage don really drop oh and I wan know wether na the same thing for unah too.

All I can say now is that the inflation is a little high and the source of income is a little difficult since so many people are trying to get what they will eat, and the price of foodstuffs and other basic requirements has climbed as a result of the increase and the petrol price.

We must adjust to this circumstance because we have no other choice because the value of our currency is diminishing as the dollar rises.

Food prices will rise again very soon if the dollar continues to rise because the situation is out of control, the government must take action to rein it in.

I know say many businesses don dey affected for this country because of the hard economic realities even down to mamaput self for road no dey too finish deir food again because men dey roost, na so dem go carry remaining one go house go do curing.

The price of fuel was increased by the marketers due to the increase in naira to dollar price in the parallel market. Since Nigerians, the marketers still refine their fuel out of the country, they’ll have to convert their naira to dollar to buy those products. Naira was diminishing against dollar, hence the increase in the price of petrol. I hope when naira appreciates again against dollar, we’ll see a decrease in petrol prices.

Seriously, if Nigeria doesn't protest this time, it's a horrible situation, and no one should complain. Can you please acknowledge that even with our money, we are still hustlers?

After all, no matter how we protest, they won’t change anything. This is not the time for protest but time to double our hustle and look for means to earn for ourselves since the government can’t do that for us now, you can’t be waiting forever.
