Let's say I'm an Ethereum whale with x million assets in Ethereum.

Is there a way to convert my Ethereum or USDT / USDC to Bitcoin without KYC?

Bisq or HodlHodl are attractive, but the liquidity there is too low for me.

To be honest, central swaps like SimpleSwaps are too risky for me, the past has shown where this can lead.

My idea would be to use wallets like Exodus / Incognito / Ledger / Trezor and convert the Ethereum into Bitcoin in smaller 10 - 20k steps.
Then whirlpool everything and put it on my cold wallet.

Do you maybe have better suggestions for me?

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Maybe try https://app.pando.im with MetaMask?

A single transaction with millions could cause big slippage, but you could do a few hundreds of thousands.

Use any DEX listed on Bestchange or kycnot.me to exchange your altcoins for Bitcoin, but do it in small batches or you will almost certainly lose the whole thing.

Not sure if there are reliable crosschain from ethereum network to bitcoin plus its gonna be suspicious or not trusted. But I heard there is avalanche bridge to convert your l1 tokens to bitcoin and vice versa. Not sure of the details but you might wanna check it. The name is core if Im not mistake the bridge app product of avalanche related to bitcoin.

AFAIK, the only truly decentralized cross-chain exchange out there is Thorchain (100M TVL)[1]. The rates/fees are a bit high though, but if you don't mind that, it's probably the best option out there.

Not sure why you're started to be an Ethereum whale when the token is centralized and AFAIK there's no ERC20 wallet support run over Tor browser, so when you're use less privacy browser, you're not actually anonymous.

As you have mentioned before your choice is using low liquidity exchange (DEX) but the fee is quite friendly if someone willing to trade 1:1 or just choose instant exchange where you will pay high fee.

At dydx you can only trade with ERC20 ( USDC )
I use my own node, unfortunately Tor is not possible with ETH that's true, but I use 2 VPN connected in a row (so I'm already anonymous with ETH)

do you have some examples for DEX and instant exchanges?

My suggestion is that It's possible for you to exchange it here on the forum through a pair-to-pair transaction with any reputable member who is interested. You can do it via escrow if you are not very sure about the member's reputation, and to do so, you can start a topic on the Altcoin Marketplace board or on the Currency Exchange sub-board.

As far as I know, the easiest method would be this: First, buy BTC using ETH using erc20. You can use Uniswap for this. Then, you'll need to use a bridge to transfer your BTC from the Ethereum (erc20) network to the Bitcoin network. Previously, Multichain was a good option, but currently, it's not available due to their CEO's arrest. Now, you can consider checking out the wanchain bridge or other suitable alternatives. Keep in mind that using these bridges carries some risks. If you have any doubts or questions, feel free to ask, and I'll do my best to assist you.

Why not send your Ethereum or other Erc20 token to mexc exchange and then trade there to btc easily amd then Withdraw. You can deposit, trade and Withdraw without kyc. You can also use Safepal wallet to do this task without doing lengthy process to send token to Mexc, convert it to btc and then Withdraw. you can do in Safepal wallet just by clicking on swap and connect your wallet with mexc and Eth or other any token will be converted to btc without KYC. Third way to buy Wbtc and then convert it to btc using bridge but fee is high in this case so I will recommend second one.

Which exchanger do they use for the swap?
I know that Trezor uses ChangeNow and sometimes they ask for KYC.

You can use a different method as well. You can use a CEX that doesn't require KYC verification, for example, Bitget. First, deposit ETH, then you can convert it to BTC and withdraw it using the Bitcoin network. Just keep in mind that there's a daily limitation on withdrawals for all CEXs without KYC verification. It's $50K per day for Bitget.

For people who are advising, using exchange who don't require KYC but maybe have some limit on the transaction to make it easy. @OP could be care of his privacy, even he doesn't put any information of himself (KYC) to the site. But due the privacy, @OP don't want his activity like (IP Internet, address, and other things) about himself, transaction, and amount can be trackable.

Cross-chain bridge is the only solution, P2P with other user are quite really hard to be found with a huge transaction. Now we have cross-chain, so better just using a cross-chain rather than P2P with other users. Some of user already giving a good advice from which service are good to be used for cross-chain like THORSwap, only the fee are quite high but sometime that the price you need to pay for privacy.

Safepal has two type of swap , if you want to use one network then they use 1inch and Ox dex for swap purpose but if you want to make cross bridge like Ethereum network to btc then they use Binance and mexc. Safepal will charge fee of withdrawal also which is same to exchange withdrawal fee. as OP ask about without KYC do Mexc is only option and safepal will swap through mexc without KYC

Actually i never tried this and don't know much about it. I searched for google but all of the bridges are not looking promising so I will say that do your own research. if i find any , i will told you.

I guess you should probably follow the suggestion of converting in small amounts and using different trading platforms to stay lowkey.

Don't Safepal information from you to create an account before you could use their mobile app or when you buy their hardware wallet?

Small amounts will do in them but you can't even be sure with them because they might even ask you some KYC eventually. You'll never know how they do the game even if they call themselves quick swaps or whatever.

@OP just like anyone else is telling you. There is no other way but you knew it already, you need patience in order for you to do it.

Ledger and Trezor have their own swap options I believe and that will keep you anonymous, you just have to do this manually though and be more patience with swapping so you can free yourself from paying huge amount of fees. Trustwallet and Metamask also have this feature, just make sure that your source of crypto is from a decentralized platform so your information will not be exposed.

If you are that scared why not use P2P for safer transaction without any suspicious activity instead of risking yourself going through numerous ways to convert your Ethereum to bitcoin. Like what I do understand most at times is that whatever you are always afraid of easily be fall you, So I suggest you should find out the most trust user to deal with to be more secure and ease yourself from going through stress.

Trustwallet and Metamask also have this feature

I think had tried using Trustwallet to swap between other altcoin to bitcoin but I wasn't able to execute it, since it was taking much longer time to execute. I thought I was being wipe so just abort the whole process that is, I wasn't patient enough to wait and see the final end of the result.

Where can you find such sites?
I've been looking for something like this on google for days with no success

It's just a project that I have been keeping an eye on. They have their own coin[1]. I did try them a few times, but I don't use them on a regular basis so make sure to do your own research before using them. You should also know that the site have been exploited twice in the past[2].

Let's say I'm an Ethereum whale with x million assets in Ethereum.

Is there a way to convert my Ethereum or USDT / USDC to Bitcoin without KYC?
Whales trade outside the market, or what is known as Over-the-Counter (OTC) market[1], which starts from 50k per day and reaches millions, but the problem is that these markets are highly organized and it is impossible to do them without identity verification procedures, and trading such amounts daily means that they are subject to taxes and therefore you may be accused of money laundering and tax evasion.

On the other hand, if you are not in a hurry, you can create your own exchange, and exchange between crypto without KYC, or if you do not intend to buy USDT, there is a good chance that you can do it legally and with low taxes if you sell it at a loss for bitcoin and wait for the price of bitcoin to rise in the future.

In short, it is depend on your country, tax, how KYC/AML works, and how many ETH you have.
