No, it is only a Demo.

Yes that is the plan..but no timeline has been established yet for this.

If you go to his website you can see the whole demo being played. He states that the demo is actually about 25% of the game. Its actually really cool. I think it contains a lot of history and bitcoin culture in it. Even if the full game never gets completed. The demo serves as an important collectable as the first bitcoin game. Gkad i was able to grab one of the demos and ill be watching for the full game. Now i just need a game boy although i probably wouldnt play it just watch the you tube version..lol

The demo will eventually get released as a rom file for free. The cart is just a way for supporting this as well as providing a collectable for collectors. I didn't play the whole demo just about half of it. Final game probably won't be ready until next year. Here's the project page:
