People like me don't actually make use of such list as provided by the op to decide where or not to gamble, since

I think it was a good effort from the OP but that list is not updated. Since gambling sites status changes with time ( some good ones become even better and some of the average ones may become good and the good ones starts to have problems), so until and unless the OP update the list of periodic basis, it is of no value.

Also, i would not like to switch from site to site while gambling, Since I am gambling and betting at stake, i don't see a reason to switch and try other sites when I get all the games I want to bet on stake.com
