I have a Papara card..this card is for Türkiye.
I can't buy a PlayStation Plus subscription.
I can't add money to my account wallet..everything gives an error message.
There are many people who take money and top up Turkish Playstation account.. What card do they use that they can easily buy Plus account but I can't?
Is there a special method?

You cannot buy PSN subscription with Papara card. You need to use real banks credit card for subscriptions. FUPS, OLDUBIL, PAPARA are not real bank cards.
