Wow I'm glad to see another fellow turning up to this direction and its really a commendable  one and I want to say a big congratulations to you for taking up this duty and I've always seen managing a campaign as a very stressful job that requires some good skills and I must say that your decision to join the management  team is a great one and I want to wish you success on your journey.

Secondly  I want to suggest that you also try reaching out to most reputable  managers in the forum to identify with them and declare your intentions personally to them as I think that will be a greater edge for you as they might want to give you a platform to perform.

You did  well with your design but its not really catchy to me and I think you should have the services of experienced Ann designers on the forum to help you design your Ann  thread.

thank you so much for your kind words and advice, i will try and reach out to other reputable bounty managers to declare my intention and also for more advice considering they have been on the system for long and well knowledgeable. also thanks for highlighting were needs to be corrected, i will sure use an experienced Ann designer.

Just take it easy and just as the popular saying that "Nothing good comes easy," so you have to also understand  that life is a process and a journey  of a thousand mile begins with a step, so this is already a very big bold step and you can for now, keep running the thread with the design you already have and in subsequent time, you should Atwell try considering  a redesign  as every details matters in marketing.

I'm glad you accepted my words warmly without picking fights and this is a good way to start with and always remember that customers are always right, so try to respect every client you get now regardless  of the pay and try to build a brand first.

On the aspect where you say "Fast growing community," Do you mean this forum as a fast growing community, or do you have a community that you are building that is fast growing, which you will want potential clients to be aware of? If yes,  then I will advise you to add a link to that community on your ANN because some clients may want to see the amount of influence that your community has.

Another thing I also want to ask is, Have you managed any campaigns before? I mean, if you have had management experience before now, even if it is outside this forum, If yes, then I will advise you to add the name of those projects, as experience gives you more advantage in winning a client's heart.

Try and work on your ANN image size; those other spaces are wasting space. I don't know the exact image size for ANN, but this does not really fit in.

I still don't understand that, As I can't find any information relating to that.
If you have experience in Bounty management with one of the respected and famous managers here on the forum, that is an added advantage for you. I wish to see you around some day managing a project I could possibly be interested in, although I don't do bounty programs as they are almost worthless based on my observation.

Thanks for your support, I have got all the skills needed to manage and deliver a quality service given to me by any company, so just like I said  I work with CryptopreneurBrainboss in bounty management so i can perfectly handle and deliver very well.
