elon musk change the twitter logo and he also offer to a guy he walt to buy a twitter account @x for $69.42M . What is the reason for his madness? Why does he like X so much? Or because this is his first project was x.com, that's why he has emotions in it  

It is obvious this is not the account of Elon Musk as it even has the word parody on it, plus when you take a look at the message they sent you can see they are obviously joking about it and you should not take it seriously, now I do not know why someone will offer that much money for that account even as a joke, but people do all kind of senseless things on social media these days that almost nothing surprises me anymore.

The X logo is a new look for Twitter for now after Elon Musk made changes in recent days, unpredictable with twitter social media platform at the future actually after acquisition and have been published with many new rule for Twitter user. Its not our business because Elon Musk have acquisition twitter with most expensive price but seems not comfortable as before when using Twitter for our social media platform.
Its seems not permanent with twitter logo change become X because has change later Elon Musk will change with other logo, did you remember when first time after acquisition he change with Doge coin logo? unpredictable what is in mind from Elon Musk because several time he changed with twitter logo and hasn't permanent change.

We don't know his plans on this social media platform, maybe, he is testing the waters here how people will react about the change.
But I really thought what the OP wrote is true but just a parody and maybe that twitter user wanted to have fun with Elon's choices.
For those twitter users, it is your prerogative if you will still continue this social media platform or not. Anyway, he's not forcing anyone to use it.
He's got the power to change what he wants as he is the owner of it, so what then? A lot already left this platform, ask yourself, what's the reason why you're staying?

the account of Elon seems to be fake because anyone could buy the blue tick and change the profile pic. But can not keep the same Username means the real Elon musk have @elonmusk as real username. But the username in the pic which is used to send the message is fake one.

There are high chances that this user after getting the account will scam the account owner and then he might propose Elon the deal of this account and if Elon liked it he might buy it though he is mad after word X. like in many Tesla cars, SpaceX etc. now Twitter. He used the word X. i think he really loves that X word which is for unknown or alternative as for X girlfriend.

Well, again, the username seems to be fake, so be careful if you are the one who receives the message.

The name alone should tell one that the account is a joke, but how come he is allowing such an account to survive in that space, knowing it's an impersonation and could mislead the public? I mean, those who will not be able to identify that it's not the real Elon Musk, and if the account controller decides to defraud people, a lot of people will fall victim to such a scam.
 
In the comment section of that post, I could also see another account for Mark Zuckerberg with the name tag (Parody. Maybe they are controlled by the same person, using the space to catch fun, as that's all I can see they are doing. Social media fighters.

To be honest, I am just coming across this thread and after reading and visiting the twitter account referenced by op, I was of the same thought, Op is pretty serious with the post so he clearly missed the parody part of the account he thought was the real Elon musk..
This shows the level of damage the blue tick generalization has done to the minds of the people, today, even scammers on twitter now have the blue tick, yeah, there are other color ticks to differentiate official accounts from regular users with a tick, but then, i feel that people are yet to get used to those new color tick, since many are already used to the blue one.

Anyways, the above does not justify this error from OP, he should have calmed down, verify the account carefully to make sure its the legitimate one, rather than rushing to post this on the forum.

Clearly, while Mr. Musk has a vast number of unquestionable abilities, it is quite remarkable that managing a social network is not the most notable of these. It has been possible to see how, little by little, in search of making a kind of "positive transformation/transition", the only thing that it has managed to do with an interaction platform as iconic as Twitter was (is?), unfortunately, is to decrease its value in all the considerable aspects from the very symbolism of this network to, as has become quite clear, its economic value. I hope Mr. Musk's next venture isn't tied to social media. At this rate he will kill that market (just kidding).

This is not real; if it were Elon Musk, then why would it request to get the login details for the account first? In a case where someone is asking me for a deal and I really agree to that deal, he or she needs to pay first before I grant them the request. If it really was, and perhaps the guy with the X account agrees to sell the account, then let the disguised Elon Musk pay 70% of the original deal, and after the guy lets the account go to him, he can pay the rest. Better still, he can fly from his state to meet the original owner of the account he wants to buy and let them do physical business. This is not just real.

The parody attached to the account is very obvious and noticeable. It would be insane for OP to pretend not seeing that. I would have to agree with you that he saw it but unfortunately he doesn't know the meaning. I once came across that post and I actually visit the x Profile to see what it contains.

2.Elon Musk is the owner of twitter, he could simply ban/suspend/delete this X account and take possession over this username/Twitter handle.
Not the nicest thing to do, but who cares.

This is tyrannical and Elon Musk is against oppression. Not a nice idea for a brand like Twitter to forcefully seize someone account.

Based on what I read from some reports that Elon had taken the username @X from his original user without giving any monetary compensation but he thanked him and offered him a choice of X Merchandise and a tour of X headquarters. Handle @X's initial user was Gene X Hwang who was a one of the founders of event photo company Oange Photography, now the handle has changed to @x12345678998765.¹ But in this case we as Twitter users do not have any rights in the ownership of the handle name we use. so that Twitter can take the handle that we use at any time.

So I was right. I have been seeing tweets regarding this but I was not sure if it was true. However, you made a good point here about users not actually owning their usernames and can be taken away by the platform whenever they want. If it is true that Elon offered those things to the recent username owner then I think it was pretty generous of him and based on the previous owner's tweet it seems like he expected it to happen the moment X was announced.

What you said earlier is true my friend. At least that's true based on the information I also got after some searching on this matter. But it seems that the social media community feels that Elon should give more appreciation or appreciation than that. Because after all a well-known Handle can be sold to fellow users at a fairly high price. Lots of trading on the subject. But yeah, in the end, the Platform owner is the one who has the right to take it without even having to apologize or thank the users who used it before. And in this case, X's party is still quite kind because it has offered several appreciations and special gifts such as visiting X's headquarters which of course not everyone can be allowed to do so.
