Bitcoin is made for everyone, but some people will still not accept it and there is no where in the Bitcoin white paper that says that Bitcoin is for everyone including those that won't accept it, you need to accept Bitcoin to be part of the innovation, if you want to use Bitcoin it's ready made for someone like you, if not then you are free to walk away.

Each individual needs to decide on their own if they want Bitcoin as part of their investments or a means of escaping inflation, or just the freedom through decentralization that Bitcoin is offering, it's a matter of choice and not by force.

It's a weird world we living in today, some people still don't want to be in control of their own money, they prefer the centralized authority, they prefer the banks and others, they love their government more, and their governments decision is final for their lives.

Before now, I've seen some forum members argue that bitcoin is not meant for everyone.
However in their own right, they have some point, but on the other hand, let's look at it from this angle.
Yes. Bitcoin for everyone created by a very visionary person who is able to provide space for freedom through decentralized ideas.
The people you meet say bitcoin is not for everyone, that person misunderstands bitcoin and you should stay away from associating with them.

You, you and anyone else may receive and own bitcoins as long as people have addresses and wallets as places to store them.
Everyone has the right to use bitcoin and has the right to make transactions on the bitcoin they have.
Stop thinking narrowly when the world is getting more advanced with various available technological sophistications.
I think he misunderstood what people were trying to say, that's the problem. It is for everyone, and we can all use it and there is nothing wrong with that, I think what he is trying to say is that it's not preferred by everyone.

The logic is that some people may say "it's not something I like" and that means it's not for them, it wasn't made for them, they didn't like it and they do not want to get into bitcoin, that's the meaning behind not for everyone. That is what people usually say, if you like and enjoy it and invest in it then it's for you, but if you dislike it and not really enjoy it and all that then it wasn't meant for you in the end. That is the type of situation we are having right now and could be considered as well.

for now because we as bitcoiners may not agree with that statement, but we also have to look at some people who don't believe in investing in bitcoin as well as currency, this is reasonable considering that the government has not set regulations on bitcoin, and from this that's some people don't agree with us, especially when you see that there are many cases that cannot be legally resolved, so that must also be understood, and that's probably what is meant

We can understand the point in the OP which allows various assumptions to be born about what is meant, but from the title people can give the answer that bitcoin was created for everyone with free use without any intervention and regulation by anyone, whether as a means of payment or use as an investment asset.
When opinions arise that bitcoin is not meant for everyone, it will never be accepted or people who understand bitcoin will say it is not true.

Love it or hate it, bitcoin was created as a decentralized currency that served as a form of solution amid a crisis of people's trust in fiat currency.
Bitcoin is a valuable asset that must be properly guarded by bitcoin owners such as maintaining a useful legacy.

To a large extent you can even argue that some of our leaders in government don't have an idea of what this innovation is all about hence the few restrictions here and there.

Many states have experts in this field. In the country where I live, there was a meeting about Bitcoin and experts were consulted. But in many countries this has not been done. Bitcoin needs to reach everyone. To achieve this, great powers are needed. These great powers are, of course, governments. But when governments are working on bitcoin, they are often looking for ways to collect taxes from investors, which is not in the investor's favor.

We need people with a positive attitude towards change. Governments that can keep up with change have always moved their people forward.

If there are people who still don't like Bitcoin for some reason as you mentioned, I don't think we as people who are already big believers in Bitcoin and also the crypto space and other cryptocurrencies need not spend more time with them either. Because they are also free to run their own thoughts by not liking Bitcoin, as well as those of us who still want to keep working in the crypto space according to our own thoughts without having to care about those who still don't believe in Bitcoin.

So stop getting close to such people is the right solution in my opinion, but never stop giving everyone a good understanding about Bitcoin which has proven itself well over the years in the crypto space. Besides, any time we have and put to work will always be better than we spend arguing with people who have every reason to dislike Bitcoin.

Before now, I've seen some forum members argue that bitcoin is not meant for everyone.
However in their own right, they have some point, but on the other hand, let's look at it from this angle.
For some of us that are from developing countries, is not easy to convince someone about bitcoin or educating somebody about it at first instance and you expect them to accept it wholeheartedly.
They need lots of education and convincing because they do not have an idea of what your saying or what bitcoin looks likes especially for those of them above middle age, because the semantics of bitcoin is a bit different and the approach towards accepting new idea's that is  different from the conventional ways they know of, always comes with some level of resistance.
To a large extent you can even argue that some of our leaders in government don't have an idea of what this innovation is all about hence the few restrictions here and there.
So for me, no amount of educating people about bitcoin is enough, if an individual has the energy to go round his community to talk to people about bitcoin, I think is a welcome development, as long as his giving them the right knowledge on bitcoin education.
In telling people about bitcoin, even if they don't seem to accept it at first, you will see a good number coming to pick interest much later. Just because a person didn't accept your idea presented to him immediately doesn't perfectly mean he has totally rejected for at some point in life he might find reasons to give the idea a try even without you knowing about it. Let's keep the ball rolling bitcoin is here to stay.
I see that you use the verb "convincing" a lot, and I don't like that kind of approach because it looks like we are talking about a Ponzi scheme or some other scam where you need to bring in as many people as possible in order to make some gains. It's 2023, everybody has a smartphone and everybody can look online for everything, if you explain to someone how bitcoin works then it's up to them deciding what to do, it's their life, their money, their brain. You don't need to convince anybody.

Nowhere it is mentioned that bitcoin is for specific people or it can be used by someone who is technology wise good. The prime objective is to take away the middle man. The technology does it and it is helpful to each and everyone. This makes bitcoin is meant for everyone. This happens only through better understanding and the interest towards it.

We need to spread the word about bitcoin, but the same shouldn't be done on force. The growth and spread in these days have happened as a result of proper understanding about it. Nowadays scams in the name of bitcoin have decreased as people were well aware to segregate and get into the trusted market.

I believe the reason why we are seeing this type of question these days is because of how some people interpreted the potential and uses of Bitcoin because what Satoshi said is "I've been working on a new electronic cash system that's fully
peer-to-peer, with no trusted third party.".  However,  Bitcoin being a digital currency make it something that some people cannot use due to lack of the knowledge of how to use the internet and this is what I believe make some people to have the impress the impression that Bitcoin is not for everyone.

Bitcoin is for everyone but we need extra potential technology to have it. Bitcoin is just like the fiat currency which is meant for everyone but it is not everyone has access to it and use it frequently. The world economics statistics said that "the average Nigerian does not love a dollar a day", this statement was made when 1 dollar was very much low to the rate of #150 per dollar and now that $1 is equal to #917, the average Nigerian is living with zero percent. So even the fiat becomes difficult to have now. But it is meant for everyone but it is hard to get.

Bitcoin is on the air and it left for you and me to have it. Bitcoin is to solve the third party involvement of monetary policies in the world governments. Bitcoin was created to assist the fiat in many ways but the governments refused to understand it. BTC is for all to use but knowledge and education is needed to use the development or invention.

Bitcoin is for everyone, but only some can understand how they deal with this market.
Just like education, it is for everyone, however, only few can acquire their degree.
But this market is always open to everyone, especially for those who are eager to learn this technology.
There's no requirement, age, education or whatever status you have in life, you can always enter into this market at your own convenience.

I don't really think it's about "being for people" or not.  I think bitcoin is about changing the way we use and view money.  Money will evolve absolutely regardless of whomever doesn't like it or not, so it's not up to any one person, or any small subset of people, it's up to the masses, and everyone else will have to fall in place.

Most people are financially illiterate, and have no idea what's good for them or not, let's not forget this.

Let's keep the ball rolling bitcoin is here to stay.
Satoshi Nakamoto essentially created Bitcoin for everyone in the world. But in the meantime we can confirm that Bitcoin is not for everyone because those who have financial problems will never invest in Bitcoin. When a person doesn't believe in Bitcoin then Bitcoin is not for him because he will never invest. Most people express an interest in investing in Bitcoin if they are educated about it, but they shy away from it because they don't have the money. There are some educated people who can understand Bitcoin with a little education but there are many people who don't understand anything about Bitcoin out there. Those who can easily learn about bitcoins can invest and bitcoins for them, and never bitcoins for those who don't understand bitcoins. Bitcoin will be for everyone when people experience and understand about Bitcoin until they understand about it Bitcoin is not for that person.

Bitcoin is a popular currency around the world that not everyone is aware of. Bitcoin is for everyone and not for everyone. Bitcoin is only for those who understand or know what it means. Now if you try to explain this to a stupid person he will not understand it. Even some educated people are unable to understand its meaning. If you can give people the right knowledge be able to understand them well that trading investing in Bitcoin is possible there are gains and losses but the amount of losses is very small. If we get those people right hopefully Bitcoin will be for everyone. In my opinion Bitcoin will dominate the whole world slowly and then Bitcoin will count for everyone.

I would like to tell you that this is not an issue that is peculiar to the developing world alone. Everyone who is not a young person needs lots of education and convincing. The percentage of the younger generation who get bitcoin is higher than the baby boomers. This is not the baby boomer's generation where you have to work for 35 years to live a decent life. The baby boomers are already used to having the government hold their money. This is the reason why it is just a few that will understand what being one's own bank truly means or self-custody of ones funds.

The fastest ways I am seeing baby boomers become interested in bitcoin and are slowly trying to get it is because of the financial institutions applying for bitcoin ETFs...this is the vehicle through which they thoroughly and confidently buy the idea. It is in a packaged form and their fear or risk of losing their funds through these institutions when they invest in bitcoin is low.

Satoshi Nakamoto's ambition for Bitcoin was to be a DECENTRALIZED form of currency, not just an investment. Informational as well as economical barriers exist. Many people steer clear of Bitcoin due to a lack of knowledge about both its underlying principles and possible financial rewards.

Furthermore, it would be a great exaggeration to claim that nobody with financial difficulties ever invests in Bitcoin. Despite their current situation, some people invest in the hope of future advantages. Understanding Bitcoin is important, but adopting its ethos is also important. Remember this for the naysayers, doubters, and cynics: Bitcoin's essence isnt limited to your understanding. It thrives despite personal concerns.

Everyone has their own preferences, beliefs, and situations, and this also applies to the use of Bitcoin.

While everyone can have access to free Bitcoin, the reality is that not everyone has the ability to use it effectively. There are many factors like utility, ability to buy BTC, and internet accessibility that can affect Bitcoin usage.

And of course, change and choice always exist. Some people may continue to prefer fiat money for its familiarity and comfort, while others may find value and benefit in using Bitcoin. It is important to respect this diversity and understand that everyone has their own approach and perspective on the cryptocurrency market.

I agreed, although bitcoin is for everyone, regardless of color, regardless of rich or poor, and anyone can own bitcoin with the smallest amount they have. But the problem is not bitcoin, but each person. Some people will like it and some will not, and that is completely normal, because as you said, everyone's preferences and beliefs are different. Just like we don't like banks, don't like fiat, but still there are many people using it. Can't say they're stupid or wrong when they don't think the same as us.

Is bitcoin really not for everyone?

Bitcoin is not for everyone.

If the majority (98%) of players in the market simply buy Bitcoin in equal shares, they will lose - as Bitcoin would depreciate under such a strategy, and until the majority sells, Bitcoin won't resume its growth. In antagonistic zero-sum games, the majority always loses. Therefore, it's crucial not just to buy, but to know how much Bitcoin to purchase and transfer to a cold wallet to ensure that the majority will never be able to buy it again. That's why the bet of 2.625 Bitcoin still remains optimal in this game.

A question might arise, why would the majority (98%) never buy Bitcoin? After all, it seems like an obvious strategy... well, they won't buy it precisely because according to their 100 IQ logic, they don't want to make people like me or other holders richer; they simply can't understand the simplest truth - it's when the majority DOESN'T buy Bitcoin that they make us richer. When 98% of suckers put their money into LUNA or BNB, those trust scammers who take the suckers' money buy Bitcoin, because they're already up to their ears in their own garbage, and their accounts in US dollars or euros are simply inaccessible, as they can be blocked.

Sometimes it's the way you approached the person or the way you presented your speech that make people not to accept investing in Bitcoin. People are used to hearing scammers promised them good profits so if you come with the same approach people won't invest.

When telling people about bitcoin, always make it very clear the advantages and disadvantage of investing in Bitcoin. Let them know the volatility rate of the market and tell them it isn't a must to buy immediately that they can buy with dollar cost average through accumulating.

Don't force anybody to invest in Bitcoin, just teach them and in the future they'll come back if they don't invest when you were telling them because bitcoin is a type of investment that grows on people with time as they'll see the profits they could have made if they bought.
