Take a business for example.
The goal of a business is to make a profit but you can't make a profit if certain things are not done right. If you just pursue profit without thinking about other factors, your business will fail.

Yes profit is the motive of every business man or woman. But when you focus only on profit without outlining the risk assessment or analysis that would help you, you'll definitely fall. Like (1) lack of business orientation (2) lack of feasibility study (3) mismanagement of funds and taking everything common, Can lead to business collapse.

Profit is undoubtedly a driving force for businesses, but it should never be the sole focus. Entrepreneurs should be careful consideration of potential risks and a thorough understanding of the business landscape, the pursuit of profit can lead to disastrous consequences. Entrepreneurs should be able to increase their chances of achieving sustainable success and avoiding the pitfalls that lead to business collapse.

I believe that we can develop our hobby in parallel with our main job and quit work only when we have managed to develop our hobby well enough. Bitcoin is a good investment, but it will be meaningless if we do not have the funds to buy Bitcoin.

The same thing to running a business without enough capital to sustain. Because investment doesn't give us instant return we can fully rely on it, maybe months after. That is how important to have a least another source of income to back it up while waiting for our business or investment to grow. We can just quit working on other people if we are really ready and when our investment/business can already support our living. In order to have a good living, we also have to make multiple sources of income which is somewhat hard for poor people and I feel how hard it was.

If you don't even know what you are investing in - especially if you are referring to some dumb and vague term, then surely you better be careful in terms of investing.  Now if you want to gamble and to trade, then yeah go ahead and fuck around with shitcoins.

Now if you are trying to talk about bitcoin, then maybe you should have had used the word bitcoin in order any of us might need to figure out what our accumulation strategy might be in terms of stacking some sats (bitcoin)... so surely, you have to know what it is that you are investing into and what is going to be your approach, and you likely need to consider other aspects of your own personal financial and psychological situation too.. at least when it comes to bitcoin..  and another one of my posts, I did list 9 areas of consideration when investing and building a position into bitcoin.

I would suggest to completely stay away from shitcoins until you learn what bitcoin is first and learn how to use the word bitcoin properly in a sentence.  That would probably be helpful to clarify what it is that you are referring to when you refer to some vague, amorphous and misleading word like crypto, as if anyone would actually invest in such a thing in which it is not even clear what it is.

You see.  Dumb and meaningless language is repeated.  Hopefully if you learn what bitcoin is, then you might be able to learn how to use it in a sentence in order that we know that the fuck you are talking about.  It would be really dumb to invest into crypto.. I doubt this topic belongs in this thread but you have made a point though. And i can't agree more with you. Nothing in the world is easy even crypto itself seems to be so easy and a lot of people think (All we have to sit in front of laptop/mobile to make money). But in reality a person at start can not manage to sit for 4 to 8 hours in front of devices. Then these types of persons leave the industry or that work by complaining the work is not suitable for them. Actually what you are trying to do here is motivating new comers to not to leave this platform because many people do leave this platform for many factors.

Overall, we should also support them like we were supported when we were new, my local community members really motivated me encouraged me and cared about me in many ways that i can not think of. Regarding the merit talk, the issue is that these forum members who complain about merit are not even putting in the work. This platform is an open space and actively contributing valuable information to it will definitely yield. The legendary members didn’t get to the top posting crap. From the first day and from the very start of each thing no one in this world have full knowledge of each and everything. There are very less people in this world those are multi talented and those who have clear thinking on more things in different fields. But I try not to mind it because one of my teachers used to say, that in learning we should not mind anything at all coming from teachers.

If you don't fully understand this forum then try to spend more time here and try to learn new things, and be legit and natural here, don't try to pretend a character that in reality you are not. Nothing good in life comes at a plater of gold and you can't achieve success only by mete wishing. You will have to out in the needed effort in ensuring that you get things done at the right time, and I in the right way even when you're tired or not.

It is good not to argue for the mere sake of it, but sometimes you can argue, and/or present facts, logic and even variations on the conclusions that might cause for some discussion points, to the extent the newly provided facts, logic and conclusions are not totally stupid.

If you don't fully understand this forum then try to spend more time here and try to learn new things, and be legit and natural here, don't try to pretend a character that in reality you are not. You can sometimes also get away with some kinds of discussions that you could never have in real life because sometimes you might not want to present certain ideas to people in the real world or you might not even have any audience for your ideas within 2 hours commute.. and even then, I find that sometimes bitcoin related discussion in the real world can sometimes either become quite exhausting and/or too confrontational with stubborn folks on both sides and kind of not really a productive use of time after getting to some log-jams in the discussion.. so maybe in the real world, the discussions might be going great, but after a while there may be needs to take a break so each of the sides can either recover or to think about the contents of the discussion, and on the forum, you can choose your topics and the extent to which you want to present information.. even though sometimes it can be difficult for some folks to type out their responses (well we have dictation tools too), or they might have some troubles in English, that would likely improve with practice.

You are right, I have seen a few thick-skinned newbies who ranked so fast in less time just due to their general or technical skills. I have seen members registered on BTT after me, and they have become legendary due to there technical knowledge and the services they provide. That's why learning on the way is necessary if you want to grow.

Yeah, teachers can't be right every time and we should not hesitate to ask questions and that's exactly what I meant to say, that we should not feel embarrassed when roasted by teachers because if we want to learn something then we should not care about what will come from their mouths for you all we as students should care about useful answers to our questions that are confusing.

You can sometimes also get away with some kinds of discussions that you could never have in real life because sometimes you might not want to present certain ideas to people in the real world or you might not even have any audience for your ideas within 2 hours commute..

It means BTT allows us to showcase our ideas that might be of no worth to the outside world, and that's true. The reason behind it might be, that those who have found BTT are somehow familiar with BTC and what is blockchain because some are referred by any other BTTian or some have found it on news sites etc. The source would be any, the point is they have some idea about it but most of the outside world people, have no or lesser idea about it and once you start lecturing them their nature makes them to convert the discussion into an argumentative one.

Maybe that's why I like BTT, people value other's opinions and point out mistakes too. Be legit
