Inter have matches to play against Lazio and Como. I don't think even Como away will be too easy because they have been winning for 6 weeks. Thanks to fixture advantage it is a low possibility for Napoli to lose the title from this point.

If they finish with the same number of points, a decisive match (Napoli-Inter)will be played on neutral ground to determine the league winner. In my opinion, Napoli still has everything in their own hands. Inter will play a tough match against Lazio, who need points to qualify for the Champions League. We’ll see what happens in this crazy end to the season.

As someone already replied, if the league ends with Napoli and Inter tied on points, a playoff match will be played between the two teams on neutral ground.

What if I count on AS Roma to win in this match and the results will make Juventus displaced from position 4 and Roma will occupy that position.
If the chance is great to happen, choosing to bet on AS Roma's victory will be high risk but will get a good profit.

As Napoli clashes with Genoa I thought it was gonna be an easy one, but unfortunately it ended in a 2:2 draw.
Napoli, this is a disgrace not to beat lowly Genoa on your own pitch!.

I will say this, those 2 away games Napoli has left ain't going to an be easy one. Parma and cagliari are fighting to stay up and they are a very tricky side at home, but still in control of the final two games of the season. Their biggest Challenge among the 2 remaining matches in my opinion is against parma next week since they drew against Inter, and they are one win away from officially avoiding relegation.
Parma have to play for survival in the next one, the last one is with Atalanta away from home.
We all saw that Napoli team are crumbling under pressure again. It happened mid-season and is now happening at the worst moment. Hope they can grind out some wins to keep a super strong Inter at bay.

Yeah it’s good to see Atalanta back to winning ways and Ademola Lookman back to the scoring board! Impressive!.
The third position is no longer in contention it’s theirs now only the fourth position that has not been decided yet, And also the league title  is still wide open to both Inter Milan and Napoli.

Atalanta played a great game today, it was always gonna be a tough match but they showed class and grit and were defensively rigid for As Roma.
