Just this morning I watched one video for social media way one guy dey advertise electric bikes and I con like the thing way the guy dey talk about so I say make I carry am come this our local board for this forum because nah only us nai know how e take dey for our country.
This electric bike we fit carry am go work, strolling and even go markets to buy something's, you fit still even use some carry somebody and e dey easy to drive just like the way gasoline motorcycle dey, now way the price of fuel dey up if we get am e go reduce our expenses small nah just to charge the electric bike that's all but you go need engine oil, but that one nah once in a while, I see the one of $300 and I try to order am online

Substituting fuel cars to electric car is actually the best considering how the country is now, I no that in most countries electric car is one of their major routine car which makes life very easy and eradicate the stress of going to the petrol station all the time, now with electric car you can stay at home and charge your car or motorcycle, with this method you can hardly get stranded on the road because it has to do with eclectic so there must be a power bank that will support in case the battery runs out but though it may also have it own disadvantage but can never be compared with a fuel car.

Electric car is actually what we need in the country now to help remedy a bit of this fuel situation, I also heard rumors about people using gas for generator, but I consider that one very dangerous considering how flammable gas is.

This electric bike make sense no be lie o, at least for my side where I dey stay light no be problem because light dey steady but the matter now na money to purchase am as everybody dey find money to take chop see road first.

And another matter wey I dey reason now na how to maintain this bike, aside our bad roads eh wetin go happen if we con enter rainy season rain con meet you for road and no where to branch, won't it be damaged just like the other gadgets.

Nice idea. This can only work in areas that have constant electricity because for where I dey stay, you burn fuel the charge that bike full. The other one is for people wey get good road, na for people way dey for lekki and good places wey get better road.

I think racheal9358 son already clear this matter say person fit use solar take charge am, the bike dey work with 12volt DC so e nor need or dey consume much electricity, the only thing wey I never know naim be the hours wey e go take am to fully charge after e don discharge Finnish. And the other one wey you talk about road, that na another thing to consider before we buy the electric bike, though the bike tyres na big one, so e fit drive for muddy and gallop roads. To me oo this bike na very better investment wey go save you from entering keke for common street movement dem and short waka around your resident community.

Just like if petrol finish you go enter filling station. But for charging, e fit hard because normally light sef no dey Nigeria like that.

I love these bikes, but truth be told, only about two or three of them can be used on Nigerian roads, the depths of the pot holes will damage the bikes and consistently cause accidents and the recklessness of Nigerian drivers is nothing to write home about, the smaller bikes can't compete on the same roads with these commercial and heavy truck drivers. Another thing is that these bikes need to be charged for a bit of a longer time to be used for locomotion, so if you mistakenly forget to charge it over the night, you no go fit comot the next day unlike fueled bikes that a filling station can come to your rescue. The best solution could've been a bike that can run on both fuel and electricity, so you can choose the power source to use.
The bikes that can comfortably run on Nigerian roads are not cost effective as this solution is supposed to be for the poor man's benefit and from statistics, the poor man cannot even afford it talk less of maintaining it. lastly, is the spare parts of these bikes readily available in the markets or will you need to import its parts from abroad every time the need arises?. for me, its a good solution against global warming to reduce the release of carbon into the environment and not necessarily an economically sound solution in a country like ours cos the constraints are very high.

The disadvantage of this electric bikes be say na their cost, the cost to get them no just be here. Another thing na the road, our road no jell especially for the scooters them. That's nature for you, not everyone has the funds to live comfortably but atleast this idea of electrical bike is still a good one because the cost of petrol is enormous and so many people are suffering from it both the rich and even the poor. Before now, one of my Aunt with car that uses petrol always like to travel every weekend stating that she just loves traveling but since the whole fuel hike began she has been on a low and she no longer uses her car to even go her and she prefer using public transport because of price and money waste difference.
