Usually, sometimes we need to get payment from someone and need to send him the Invoices. For fiat, we do have some E-invoices but i didn't know about any site which may generate crypto invoices. Recently i came across a site invoicetop Create Crypto Invoices Easily With Invoicetop where we can generate crypto invoices. By the way, I didn't try it yet. However, the good thing about this site is that there is no KYC but the drawback to using it is that they will charge a 1% fee. Does anyone know a site where they don't charge any fee

Why would you pay 1% to see the transaction in the blockchain? Some block explorers like blockchair even have a buttom called invoice which is basically the pdf version of the transaction Something like this https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transaction/c2b5eea3e485a284ed9c7fad814e69fa6f23aff26ac0176c6262a80e3ca04691.pdf

While I agree with @bitmover that invoices in crypto are unnecessary, I can also think that people or businesses may want to get "a paper" certifying, in an easy and understandable way, a payment.
I've super quickly scanned through that "advertising" page (which is much better than what OP posted here) and I find the 1% fee for that excessive. As said, no matter how fancy it is or how god it may (or not) be implemented, the information this "service" relies onto is publicly available.

I totally understand your point here dear OP, but as other members already said, there is no need of Invoiced in crypto but invoice are something like a recipient and your business is so huge that you need to have some recipient in your hands (like hardcopy). If that's what you are trying to make. Because i checked the website and we have to manually fill all the details in it and it will definitely took some time too and then they will just put your information in some existing or pre-built invoice template.
If you just need some template of invoices where you could put the information and could print that invoice for some purpose that could be anything. I think you are looking at the wrong website. Because invoice have no need in crypto, crypto have blockchain for that purpose. If you are looking for templates only then go for Canva or anyother online invoice template makers on search engine and you will find thousands.

Is using such a feature really necessary? All you need to do is to provide a crypto address or a crypto address’ QR code, and the exact amount.
Also, some wallets and browsers support using the bitcoin:walletaddresshere that also has “amount:btcamounthere” tag in the end. BlueWallet supports this.

Also, there will be companies coming out with such solutions only to get money from people who are ignorant of the fact that Bitcoin and crypto transactions do not require invoices. They will target the audience by using fancy words like "Crypto Invoices" and may pay to some high-traffic blogs and on social media to further advertise their services. Anybody using these paid services is only wasting his money as everything is transparent and clear in blockchain and we do not need proof as invoices.

I think OP is referring to invoices that are sent to customers online that include services or products along with how much they cost. With crypto you can save all money that is going to middlemen in the form of commissions. 1% is not a big amount and one can easily bear this cost if he need a crypto invoice for his customer. Crypto payments are blessing for freelancers that let them receive there money with zero cut.

Charge for what? For sending the money with additional proof on the paper or pdf? Hang a second. This has got me circling around the fact that we had fiat system, then some smart man invented bitcoin that is running just fine through blockchain and based on public ledger. It is so well designed that we have proof of work and hundreds ti thousands confirmation for every transaction. And now they are telling us, we will add more proof with the invoicing system? Meaning go back to fiat system. That’s what it means. This is really funny by the way. I wouldn’t use such system that will create unnecessary attention towards my transactions or wallet.

1% is not big, it's huge. This kind of service could have a chance as donation-based. As it is, I agree with the others: it looks more like an attempt to rip off the people who don't know how bitcoin works.

The blockchair explorer is one of the famous services here that offers you Bitcoin Invoices quickly and for free, but if you search the Internet, you will find a lot of services as https://www.blockonomics.co/invoicecreate/ and there are many options, but if you are a store owner and want to create a lot of them For every customer, then a solution like bitcoin payment processor is required and one of the open source solutions is btcpayserver.

Opps 😬, @OP, what's the need for an invoice when the transaction is already on the Blockchain? Successful crypto transactions are registered on the blockchain and cannot be deleted or edited; they're just there and can be there for any time you need it. Any time you need them to prove a payment evidence, you will just go search for the particular transaction, copy the hash, and send it to whomever needs it. I remember when I first joined a signature campaign in this forum under Royse777 management, there was a user that was complaining of not receiving his payment, so the transaction hash was sent to him, and he really saw that the payment entered his wallet. For me, that's enough for an invoice. In my opinion, there is no need for a cryptoinvoice.

I see no point at all using invoices in crypto.
All blockchain transactions are open and you can see all of them for free. Why would you pay 1% to see the transaction in the blockchain?
I don't see the point either, but not only for that reason. I can issue you an invoice using their service in the same way that I can write on a piece of paper with a pen that you have paid me x amount with x thing or in a pdf document. But an invoice to be legal you have to be registered as self-employed or a company, if not, it is not an invoice is rather a private receipt. The receipt you can do as you wish, I do not see that your service provides anything to pay 1% more fees, and besides as you say the proof of payment is in the blockchain.

I would recommend you to avoid such services that cost 1% for just generation of invoices. I don't think that you'll need any kind of invoice especially when you are dealing with crypto-currencies because the invoices aren't necessary with crypto transactions as everything is already registered on blockchain and anyone can view the details of the transactions on block explorers like Blockchair.com as that one provides enough details about transactions.
Just avoid that service and also try to forget about the invoice thing as that one isn't needed when we have the whole blockchain that we can view without any issues. I would most probably recommend you to use free service like that one Bockchair.com provides and that would be more than enough for you.

I tried to create an invoice to see why they want 1% + internal fees, and frankly, everything that this service offers can be obtained for free, perhaps the only advantage is that the user can pay in any cryptocurrency and the same value (-1%) will be sent to your wallet instead of creating an invoice for every cryptocurrency you accept.
Warning: This service transfers bitcoins to their addresses, and then the bitcoins are transferred to you, so you need to trust them, otherwise you may be scammed.

What is the point of paying this 1% fee, and to what extent are these third parties going to go to the extent that it requires them to charge 1% for what exactly? If one needs an invoice, as has already been suggested by other members above, go to the block explorer and download your transaction in pdf format, use your home computer and printer, and make a print-out copy of the payment. If the goods in question need to be in the invoice, then you can also make a custom invoice with your company's receipt if you have one, or you can compose one without stress and attach it with the printed successful transaction statement, and everything will be proven as it's all recorded and public in the blockchain. Warning: This service transfers bitcoins to their addresses, and then the bitcoins are transferred to you, so you need to trust them, otherwise you may be scammed.
This makes it obvious that the service is likely to be a scam. If not, what is the point of wanting users funds first in their wallet before they can move them over to that of the other party? Those processes are really not necessary as the only thing they should have wanted was just their service charge.

I don't think it's necessary, don't know your purpose though which may make some sense. I have been using invoice-generator and it's just fine for me. However, since you are looking for a cryptocurrency invoice generator, here you go- https://www.blockonomics.co/invoicecreate/ as shared above by one user. You can use this to set the amount in USD and guess what, it will show the BTC amount in real-time. Say, you have created an invoice for $200 now. When the other party will check the invoice through the link, they will see the BTC amount based on that time. Well, you can only generate invoices that can be paid through BTC only. Try googling the term, I can see a lot of other options available.

Yeah I can understand to some extent that OP's intentions are also to get some proof in hard form but the amount they are charging is too high but wait I just came to know about a new project listed in the project section that project proposes that we can use their APIs in our Online E-commerce store to get payments in BTC and BNB blockchain-based tokens and we will give the feature of getting Invoices too. But they also charge a 1% fee which might not be too much for those who really want to save a lot of time and trouble like your friend. Here is the topic I am talking about--> BconGlobal non-custodial direct to wallet crypto gatewayBut I am not asking anyone to trust on this platform because, it is new, might scam you, not old history or review so first DYOR then proceed with it. I am mentioning it just to enhance your knowledge base about such projects. Mentioning OP here for reading this topic too. ----UmerIdrees One question--> what do you mean by this You may lose some of the transaction history if everything has to be made at one time

I agree with bitmover about not needing it. When I've encountered some of these things in stores that do accept crypto or any wallet that we can just scan the QR, that's easier without being charged of 1% and don't need to be asked for KYC. There are third party services for merchants that they can use for free and let the conversion done by that service, I'm not just sure if many of them do charge but I think majority of them are for free and does only a few commission through fees when transactions and transfers are being done.

This service works as a bitcoin payment processor, but they do not want to identify themselves as such, or so the problem here is in defining the name of the service, where you can issue invitations without a third party, and there is an open source bitcoin payment processor as BTCPARSERVER and with its integration with some CEXs/DEXs, you will get the same service with lower fees. Frankly, if they changed the name of the service, it would be somewhat acceptable.
