I think this is the reason many Asian countries are seeing the steepest rise in price of real estate. Imagine the same rate in western hemisphere that is either constant or rising at lower rates in comparison. The population is literally thin in the western countries. However they have another trend where their properties are valued more. For example a piece of land in Asian country might cost same as owning an apartment in the New York or maybe London for that matter. The geographical differences and population will always be major factor.

I highly agree with this one. Also it depends on the real estate agent, he or she should know how to get her clients through their words. Because all of the times they can only get commissions and it is not yet so big, but when they established their name in the real estate world it could be good for them and many owners will contact them for sure.
