If we do not know the transaction id (txid), we may not be able to help. If you are not concerned about privacy, you can let us know the txid.

I do not know about bitcoin.com. Is the transaction supporting replace-by-fee? And what fee did you use.  If you can let us know the txid, we can easily know all these from it on a blockchain explorer.

Could you post the transaction ID? That might help. Were the funds sent to your non-custodial wallet after you bought from them? I can't imagine an exchange paying such low fees. Did you have an option that allows you to select the fees by any chance?

A transaction in which its fee is set at high priority confirms in 10 minutes and takes more time of the transaction fee is lower, according to bitcoin.com support  the pre set transaction fee or default set in the wallet gets your transaction confirmed within the next three blocks which can Also be changed. But in case of unforeseen events like congestion of mempool it will take longer time. But since the past weeks we haven’t gotten a high congestion to say that your transaction will remain unconfirmed unti now so till you show the Transaction Id you can’t be helped.

Nonetheless your transaction broadcasted will be dropped in space of 14 days if it remains unconfirmed

Bitcoin.com is a Bitcoin Cash shill website, I advise OP to look for better alternative exchanges where he can buy Bitcoin from. At one point, Bitcoin.com would even lie to newbies that Bitcoin Cash BCH is the real Bitcoin which is malicious and not true

It is possible they intentionally sent out a transaction with very low transaction fees so that you could get frustrated after several days of it not getting confirmed, and then you would switch to the shitcoin they have been shilling BCH.

If you bought BTC on Bitcoin.com then it should already be in your wallet. Where did you try to send it afterward? Since you mentioned the transaction is still unconfirmed, you should have the transaction ID (txid) associated with it. Share it here so we can investigate and identify the issue.

6 days unconfirmed?  That sounds very alarming.

The comments above were right, how can we help to figure it out if we don't know the transaction ID?
But if you were afraid to reveal it you can do this solution on your own.

RBF, Bitcoin transactions that allow a sender to increase the transaction fee of an unconfirmed transaction, making it more likely to be included in the next block by miners so that your unconfirmed transaction will push through.  However, not all Bitcoin wallets and services support RBF, so you need to ensure that your wallet software supports this feature if you intend to use it.  This RBF can be a useful tool if you want to adjust the fee of a transaction that's taking longer than expected to confirm.

Next, Bitcoin transaction accelerator.
Usually, I used Viabtc.com or BitAccelerate.com, but ViaBTC.com will not accelerate your transaction if you paid a fee below 10 sats.
Just input your transaction ID and use the free feature.

If a bitcoin transaction remains unconfirmed for such a long period of time, then clearly a very low transaction fee was charged here. Next time, use bitcoinfees.earn.com, where you can set the necessary commission depending on the time for which you need confirmation of the transaction. I used to use this website, when I log in now I see "Please wait while predictions are being updated", that hangs endlessly (It's possible that the problem is on my end.). You can use an alternative, like bitcoinfees.net or others. At the very bottom of this site there is a bitcoin fee calculator that will help you set the commission (fee) depending on the confirmation time. The interval is from 10 minutes to 24 hours (as you can see, there are no 6 days, so you won’t get into such trouble as the author).

Yes. When the OP is not willing to attach the txid as requested and the OP is not willing to attach it in the thread, how can we possibly provide a solution to the problem of confirmations that haven't been successful for days.

But if you were afraid to reveal it you can do this solution on your own.
It is very likely that he has found a solution to the problem he is experiencing, that is, the transaction has been confirmed, so it hasn't appeared here after creating this topic.
Or maybe he just made this topic to introduce himself on the forum because on the same day he made a topic asking how to send money with a debit card to a bitcoin address without having to create a wallet[1].

The OP isn't new to bitcoin because his personal website's for Jambler. He won't post TXID's because he didn't buy bitcoin from bitcoin.com so he can't. I've seen a similar post about unconfirmed transaction.

He's asked Sending Money From a Debit Card to a Bitcoin Address. The OP's saying he's new to Bitcoin. I don't believe.

Could you post the transaction ID? That might help. Were the funds sent to your non-custodial wallet after you bought from them? I can't imagine an exchange paying such low fees. Did you have an option that allows you to select the fees by any chance?

I agree, I don't think they bought BTC at all. Just positing some things that have no point.
Registered yesterday and started spamming but putting it in the form of questions.
Check out the other junk / spam they have posted.

Putting the OP on ignore for now.

If that is the case, then i must say that he is trying to create such threads in order to gain merits from the community. Another trick used by the newbies these days  Sad

The people here are willing to help and solve the queries of the newbies or anyone, but if you do not face any such probelm regarding bitcoin wallet or bitcoin transcation, it is morally unethicial to post such questions (for other purposes) when you know that everyone will jump in and try to guide you.

Forum users answer questions with good intentions because it's their way to help. When they're being ignored or aren't appreciated there isn't excuses for it.

If it isn't for merits what else's behind it? His profile website's Jambler clone so it's possible he wanted it for promotion. He'll need merits before he's allowed to wear avatar or sig code.

What's wrong with btcchamp88. Some newbies behave so strange.

Yes it is clear that the OP wants to write any topic to get some merit and activity in the forum, it's been about 6 days since the topic was written and members asked him some information to help but he hasn't provided any response to the thread he started yet.

These disgraceful actions will lead to a negative result, as he will lose the community's trust instead of upgrading his account.

If OP replies on this thread whether with the TXID or just to reply to some of the post then this means that he's serious.
But if not then that means that the other suspicion about you OP by the other members were all correct. You're just here to make threads so that people will check your profile and sees the link of the jambler website. With that, you're successful getting some interested people to check it out but not the majority of us. And that's why if you're reading everyone's reply here, we're more than happy to help you out given that you provided the details but if not, there's no more benefit of the doubt.
