Happy independence day has great value for free countries. I am very thankful to God who gave 
my country freedom. I will congratulate to all countries which are free and can make decision for their own. They are not dependent to any other foreign power. They can freely enjoy their life. Free countries get benefit
from all things. We can play physical games freely. This gives very pleasure to me. We can make our life  with freedom. Freedom is necessary for country growth.


I am enjoying my happy independence day. And I value to all countries flag because these give identification to country people.

I believe this thread fits well in the reputation board since it has nothing to do directly with the forum. So you can move it to that board and let others congratulate your great country for its achievements.

I honestly see no point of having this topic in Meta as it doesn't have to do anything with the forum. Since its Pakistan independence day, it makes sense to celebrate it in your own local board and not here.

As far as the forum itself is concerned, what is the significance of having an independence day celebration post in Meta (where it was originally placed) or in Reputation where it was moved. It is great to know that your dear country is celebrating its 76th Independence. Pakistan has grown to be one of the leading economies in Asia. And the nation has upheld her religious and cultural beliefs since after independence.  Your country is great indeed. But I want to humbly state that Pakistan is not economically independent from foreign powers. Any country that still relies on international banks for loans and other financial aid cannot claim to be independent. And from the scanty research I did, Pakistan is indebted to both the World Bank and IMF. Even my country is also suffering from the same external influence because of loans from these international lending organizations.

I wish that this independent celebration will lead to the granting of the request of the Pakistani community in bitcointalk.

Today 14th August is Independence Day of Pakistan.  Pakistan gained independence on this day in 1947 after secession from the Indian subcontinent.
Freedom is a word that hides many deep meanings which can never be analyzed in one word. No one in this world wants to be subjugated especially the birds flying in the sky don't want to live a subjugated life in a cage. So they want free freedom and freedom to move around in the sky. Similarly every person in the world wants to live a free life, moreover in a subjugated life you will never get any taste of living in yourself. Every country of the world is always ready to achieve freedom even at the cost of hundreds of hardships and blood.

Congratulations with your country independence day! But do we really nned such kind of topics here in Repuation or Meta boards? IMO, it doesn't belong there, probably Politics & Society would be better place for it. But I don't think it would be great idea if everyone would start making topics about their country independence days.

It seems to be a new trend. It's time for all the patriots in their countries to celebrate holidays on the branch of reputation. But what about other users? Are these countries somehow connected to Bitcoin? I agree with you that it is more correct to celebrate all holidays that belong exclusively to local sections there.
But, OP, the country is proud of a patriot like you! I would never have known when Pakistan celebrated its holiday if not for you.

At the least thread has been moved away from Meta and Reputation to Off-topic where it probably should have been from the moment it was created.

It stands to reason because signature campaign participants usually have posts in Off-topic not counted towards their quota for pay, it is safe to say the purpose of the thread is defeated in more ways than one.
