1XBet comes to mind when I saw the domain. If it's just a coincidence they register this domain, it's gonna be a wild ride for them since that 1xbet is associated so much with scams.  If they intend to ride the popularity of that casino, they sure gonna spend a lot for marketing.

If it is similar then they are synonymous. And there will be slide different in the name but whereby the domain names are the same then it is not good again. And if the domains are the same, the second one can not host the site because the website hosting company will detect the first existing one and ask the second company to change the domain name. So since the domain was successfully hosted then there must be differents in the name. Yes your point is also good. If the first was not doing well, then it will affect the second one because people might think that it is the first casino that has changed name to deceive them. So it is bad. And also the content of the casino is also matters. And the service it render.

if you look further down on their payment policy you'll find that they stated that "a withdrawal request may be approved or denied within days(48 hours)". it doesn't mean that the gambler would need to wait for 2 days for their withdrawal request to be approved or denied, it means that it could take up to 2 days or within 10 min(or lower). As for the minimum deposit/withdrawal on the BTC, it could be a typo on the gambling review website.

As far as I know, the name was taken from the first characters of Ethereum addresses.

I also managed to find out that 0XBet Casino is part of the Casbit group, which includes other casinos such as JustBit and TrueFlip
