If I can give one suggestion about Search field on your website, it can be confusing if I am using Sportsbook because it keeps getting me back on games whenever I click on search field.
There is separate search field for Sportsbook but it is small and my hand always go up on top search.

Okay. I just signed up and noticed there are 30 free spins. But, I have to complete my profile. First of all, I received the email verification code in the spam folder (IDK why). Then I started to complete my profile and it was impossible for me. I cannot verify my phone number. I cannot even write my full phone number with my country code. So there is no way to verify it. I made a visit to your site and I also liked the design but I didn't proceed to creating an account when I realized that it was mandatory to do KYC. Okay. I am using a Bangladeshi phone number. When I write my whole phone number with the country code, I cannot finish writing. I cannot type the last two digits. It seems it has a limit. If I write the phone number without the country code, the verify button disappears.

I contacted live support and the support agent asks me to provide my phone number so he can add it for me. Well, he did and it's still invalid. The last two digits are missing and I cannot verify them now. I cannot fill out the rest form without verifying my phone number. Right?

I had the same problem and I wrote to their support about it. Their support asks for some time so they can fix it. If you do not verify your phone number, you won't be able to complete your profile. You won't be able to claim the free spins promo without completing the profile. So you have to choose one. Either compromise the anonymity to get the bonus, or you have to leave the bonus.

By the way, their website design looks familiar. I feel like I have seen a similar template before but I cannot remember which one. I liked the template anyway, no complain about it. I hope they will improve user experience.

It's not strange, usually there are several casinos that use the same template, that doesn't mean they are the same dealer, but it could be made by the same developer, there are lots of examples of the same website appearance like that, but as long as the website can be accessed using a cellphone easily, that's enough. That's good, because there are some casinos whose website doesn't look very good when using a mobile browser.

I think this site might also be a site that is more accessible using a mobile browser, but from some of the community friends' responses above this thread discusses that they are associated with the 1xbit site where this site has a bad image in this forum with many cases that have not been resolved and have been marked as a fraud site, so it's still relatively new, I might be more careful too playing on this site. still want to see how this site holds up in the next few years

I didn't say it's strange at all. A website could be inspired by another one and might be wanted to design like the same. I know several websites that are inspired by stake.com but they are not related to stakes. But it's also true that a company likes to release several websites with similar templates. You can see Bitcasino for example. They have two more websites with similar templates.

I do not have any problem is a website even copying other websites. Maybe they can do it cheaper. I have seen a couple of similar websites like BCGame and when I asked for their support, they said they bought this from BCGame or kind of similar. I don't remember.

Disappointed at 0xbet
Made several deposits and made my first 3 withdrawals yesterday.
Shortly after I received emails saying my

I have a problem with 0x.bet. Deposited 2 days ago through crypto but my money was not credited automatically even when the transaction was completed. Spoke to them every day but they are not crediting my money even after providing with the hash number and the screenshot of the transaction from my wallet. I wonder what will happen if I have to withdraw money from them...?!

Bit funny when the support says they are handled in a live queue, the last withdrawal was only 10min after the second withdrawal that was sent 12h ago, so don't trust them at all

Isn't there any limitation of the 'no KYC' rules for the crypto users? I have seen 3-4 more casinos who advertised here with 'no KYC' in their ANN thread, but they had applied the KYC rules on the crypto users too. Thanks for providing those screenshot. Maybe the withdrawal confirmation email was an automated system which was sent to you by mistake. They haven't processed your withdrawal as it is still marked as pending on your transaction history. You should reach their email support (support@0x.bet) to get accurate information about your issue. Live support agents aren't the best option to solve all the issues. Have you reached their email support yet?

Here they state that it was approved by the financial department(Still says pending in transaction) and it can take 1-3 business days to reach my bank?
ITS A CRYPTO WITHDRAWAL, there is no bank, and its TRON, which is almost instant.

With the first 2 withdrawals there wasnt any issues..., so it feels like excuses.

With this kind of experience, I am guessing, you won't play on this site after you got your funds from them.
This is a not-so-good experience, which is understandably like waiting in vain and you don't know what will come in between.
Tron is one of the alts, supposedly easier to handle when it comes to transactions, so yes, you would wonder why such fuss from them.
I hope the team here would be much more responsive when it comes to this issue because some players are reading on their thread,
and it will give a bad impression for them to try on this site.
Feedback is very important for some gamblers, and a strong basis won't just go away. They need to see improvement when it comes to handling issues.
