At this point I just want my money and leave.
So horrible communication from them and no real answers.
All communication with them was like talking to a bot and auto replies.

It's been 24hours now since I made all 3 withdrawals, 2 was sent within like 7-8 hours, the last one and only one above 100 euros still hasn't been sent

24 hours is a lot of time, and you have been patient enough, I must admit, but sometimes we just have to give a casino's estimated time before we run into panic, as it was stated on the second or third page of this thread and on their withdrawal terms and conditions that it could take up to 48 hours, which is approximately 2 days.

So I will advise you to give them that time and see what result comes up afterward (we hope for a positive one). If the withdrawal could not be processed during that time, maybe they will refund the money back to your betting account and remove it from the pending withdrawal, after which you might be allowed to initiate the withdrawal again, or you will be contacted with the reason for the withheld payment if there is anything you need to do.

Which means it's awaiting approval from their financial team, or what? Let's just hope it's something like a network being busy or a glitch that might have been considering your withdrawal to be approved when it's not whatever it is. Maybe I hope it gets sorted out within their 48-hour time frame, and maybe they will have a recheck on their system for all withdrawals that went through and those that are pending. Let's just have a positive mindset and see what happens, as I believe their representative might come here to address the issue if need be.

I checked the platform and filled out the profile as well to avail of the free spins they have for new users like me.
And the one I notice is that I need to add the altcoins if I want to use them to gamble on their platform. I think I have the feelings in the long run I believe the platform will require KYC, but I guess I am wrong.

Aside from that, the minimum withdrawal they have is around 45 dollars, and while their minimum deposit is 22 dollars if I am not mistaken, that is not bad at all anyhow. Disappointed at 0xbet
Made several deposits and made my first 3 withdrawals yesterday.
Shortly after I received emails saying my
 
"We are pleased to confirm that your recent withdrawal request XXXX TRX has been successfully processed and the funds have been transferred to your account"

But when I only see two deposits in my wallet and contact support and ask about the third they tell me it wasn't approved yet?.....
Something is very wrong with your site....

These withdrawals where made yesterday at like 11pm.

Isn't there any limitation of the 'no KYC' rules for the crypto users? Well my withdrawal was finally approved and then it was refunded back to my casino account? ...
Dont think i'll be using this casino any time soon again with this kind of experience.

Well, I just read your previous reply regarding the KYC. Based on your post, 0xBet isn't a completely KYC free casino. How fair is it to do the marketing with the 'No KYC' in your ANN thread title? Most of the Curacao licensed casinos have the possible KYC verification requirement, which is same as yours. Casinos apply it when they find anything suspicious. You should use 'No KYC' when the chance is zero for requesting the identity documents on any situation.

I was sensitive to note that the fund was been returned back to my account each time I filed for the withdrawal instead of waiting endlessly for the receiving wallet to be credited. If this is your case, you might want to be sure you confirm your email address through the mail sent to you upon registration. It could be in the Spam folder.

It might not come up if you search with 0xbet, just trace it manually.

It seems a couple of issues have already been raised regarding the withdrawal delays. Online casinos take more than 24 hours to release the withdrawal is somewhat unacceptable. Even if they take more than 24 hours for some reason, that should be in rare case. But we have seen a couple of users with the same issue. This is something everyone should take seriously. Even though the platform is developed a year ago, they are still new in this community and yet to build a solid reputation. Another good question is; Why does the casino advertise saying NO KYC while they might ask for a KYC from players?

I would appreciate if you could update us here because holding a such small amount ( if you run a gambling business these are less than peanuts) for already two days would really raise a red flag in my opinion. Other 24 hours have passed since you posted this and I hope you got paid.
I would appreciate if you could update us here because holding a such small amount ( if you run a gambling business these are less than peanuts) for already two days would really raise a red flag in my opinion. Also would be useful if you could post some screenshots or other evidences of what is going on.
I know that these folks are also patient as me. Speaking with my experience, 0x.bet has been active in exchanging emails with me about the update of my withdrawal. They've got some instructions given to me for which I can say that it was my fault for not completing those details upon registration. They're very active in giving the best support for their customers and have been sending updates from time to time about the withdrawal and I really appreciate that. They might not that active on this thread but sure with their other communication channel like email and chat support, they're very active there and all is good with my withdrawal requests. Should someone is dealing with some problems whether it's with deposits/withdrawal or any other concerns, email or chat them because they're quicker there.

Thanks for understanding. We just announced our project here on the form and faced a significant number of registrations and a large number of support requests. So please don't get mad if some requests take longer than usual to get answered.

Does anyone experience this? I can't log in to my account anymore I usually just use my email to log in but now this message pops up, I just don't understand since this is a login tab, not a new user or something like register. As well forgetting the password doesn't really work it doesn't send anything to my email at all. Can anyone help me?

This is for sure an issue since I know that I'm not in the registered UI, I remember the last time I was able to log in using my email directly on the website, This email already registered issue is for sure has some connection to the other UI so could just be an error and can easily be fixed. Also, the forgot password is not working at all I've checked my email account, and even on another inbox there was no trace of the forgot password email, I already checked the spam inbox, and I guess it is because it's already dawn maybe? is time also an issue here they dont operate or have no operator at these hours right?
