You get loan 50% from the total Market value of your asset and  with monthly 10% intrsest. Your asset Will be taken from you If your intrests exeeds the borrowed ammount then you must add more asset or pay off some of your debt.
Loan ammount 100$  your Asset btc value 200$ so you pay 10$ monthly so your Asset Will be liqutated in 10 months not 10%x10=100$

Think about how dumb your offer is, You are newbie and completely unknown to this forum. You are asking borrower to provide collateral and lend only 50% of its value on different currency while you get 10% interest by just holding your customer 50% asset that remain on your hand.

You can use Exchange address to receive collateral then sell 50% of the collateral to give back to the borrower. You wre just doing the sell part which the borrower can’t do on their own. Nice business! will surely bloom.

Just make sure you familiarise yourself with the rules and guidelines of lending that are posted on this board. You can also visit the threads of other successful lenders on the forum to see how things are done. Then you can make your own rules.

Can't take coins related with suspicous activity it's not easy to track If coins are clean but by looking over "txt" url and previous transaction history it's possible to get some idea.
If you do take coins from not legit sources the FBI might knock your door and Im not interested to get in any trouble.

I think that there is need to implement some kind of insurance kind of system when client pays some insurance to lower risk for both sides and make the things how they should be in the western world sociey when we have insurance.

How can we trust on you that after sending collateral you will give us loan and will not scam? This offer is looking very suspicious because you will pay from our fund. If someone has already bnb/btc and other token you mentioned then why not one sell half tokens to fulfill need and then buy again. There is no lock up time period you can get your collateral back at any time If you pay back principal the intrest + collateral value with USDT

The insurance funds : it can be collected by this forum some trusted member.
This type of loan is more for instutions not for retail but If we give same tools to retail then retail can make the same kind of profit as instutions does it.

You might not really have the previlage to speak with every of your clients because there are different kinds of people from different countries around the world on this forum and you might not really know who you are dealing with or the country they come from because you are not going to be interviewing them and asking to know where they come from before you can grant them loan, most of them will not also give their phone number to you even if you request it, instead, they can request the loan from another user. just go with the advice from  condoras
