Bitcoin is the best that I can advice someone to buy.

For altcoins: ADA, DOT, QTUM, SOL, SAND, GALA, MATIC are some good ones. But the first I can recommend is not an altcoin which is bitcoin.

If you don't want those typical cryptos that are always being suggested, no matter if you don't want to hear them then you'll just keep on hearing them being suggested by everybody. And that is because they've been the best-performing cryptos in the market. If the choice you want to have are those low cap altcoins, look at those recently added on the list of coinmarketcap, usually they're the new coins that have been added that has a very low market cap. No doubt with many people suggest for investing in Bitcoin, ETH, BNB and XRP coin because they want recommended the best coins for investing, but you was right in cryptocurrency have many kinds of coins and not always priority with investing in Bitcoin or Ethereum as profitable coins only. At the end of the day you have to realize why people recommend being in bitcoin or altcoins like ETH because the odds are greater and there is more chance for returns.
Your low budget actually cannot be used as a concrete reason for this because we can still buy even if our budget is small. It's just that you are expecting a much bigger return which makes you rule out some good coins. On the other hand IMO this also encourages a lot of people who expect about shitcoin which indirectly your goal is more directed there.

I think at these times it's a good thing to invest in or buy crashed altcoins because many of them have dropped in market value. Because Bitcoin, Ethereum, and BnB are already given. There are some things that I don't really agree with what you said.
First, the context of the OP looking for such coins is because he wants something instant in the hope that there will be a pump and dump in some shitcoins that he wants to buy so that regardless of whether it is at any rank, it will not really matter because the goal is to pump and dump for a moment and sometimes new projects can be done without the need to enter rank 100 or 200 etc.

I like the altcoins that you dropped there. I personally have those in my portfolio for the next bull market. They have a good market cap despite of being created in the bear market, there's also a lot of support from their own community which is good. I'm still accumulating some of the coins listed but I don't think I will stop accumulating since I'm doing DCA in those tokens. Let's hope that those coins will still be alive when the bull market happen or will survive the bear market at least.

There are many low cap altcoins in the market. Even if I make some coin suggestions there is no guarantee that you will get any returns from them. There is more to the safety of a coin than you just stated. Marketcap can be huge but team can be dubious and that will make the project fail. The core thing to consider in any token is the product behind it, the team and the level if trust the community behind it have on the project. If the product is superb, and the team experienced and capable of delivering on it, they just have to build a community of loyal supporters and the coin will enjoy the best safety you can get.

I agree that, with low cap altcoins, you'll discover and unlock many facilities earlier but they aren't guaranteed and most of the time they'll dump a lot. Rarely 1/2 altcoins come to top.
