Launching of exchange is definitely not a easy task but if you are planning to hire a professional then you also have to spend a lot of time, and money to earn the trust of the crypto community first and what types of Exchange are you actually want to make. But if you wanted to make P2E platform then you need less money plus the chances of getting success in this service are more and i do not like lottery and lending platforms but let's see what is on your mind.

Any product would be good for you, but you must keep in mind that you won't be able to make money from that products anytime soon. I'm not sure how it usually goes but I believe writing a whitepaper or roadmap can be done while you work on your website, especially if you work together with other people. It will also help people to consider your idea more seriously since they can see what is your plan in the future, although it doesn't guarantee that you will succeed. His first platform which is a casino is a big fluke but I like to give him the benefit of the doubt so I'll give him a chance I'm not voting for any of his recommendations I just ask him to set up what he thinks he can handle, your first platform should be good so all succeeding platform you are planning to set up will not be questionable.
