I have gone through two bullish times, namely 2017 and 2021, but in theory I have gone through three bullish times because in 2021 the increase occurred twice. Yes, I got something in the last bullish run namely quite a big profit because as I said before in 2021 price increases occurred more than once.

Sure I did , and that is Gaining another experience 

Kidding aside , I only  gain enough because I respect my holdings and instead of selling them all?
I decided to keep more than half  so I can consider selling if the market stays strong or will buy more once
the market dumped and that gave me another good amount of Holding till now

Making plans and preparing our minds for the worst and good outcome of our investment. We have our happy and sad moments in the market, busy making profits and losses often and ensure our profits exceeds our losses. Bullish season is my ultimate moment of milking the system. I've settled for good entries in the system, not backing out from the fight. I've a simple routine in the system, wait for the bear season to come, then I thoroughly take my time to scout good projects that have profitable roadmaps, not taking any chances than focused on winning from the system.

If this is really your first time, then i suggest you take a look at the historical chart of bitcoin's pre and post-halving market behavior. This will make sure you won't fall into panic and sell off your holdings due to FOMO. Crypto market acts totally different than other financial market like forex, stock so it will be better to gather knowledge meantime when we still have a few month left till the halving. Many expert says this bull run will be bit different and can create lifelong wealth for you. So it will be better not to fall behind others.

Thanks for the advise, but I have already done some study on the market behavior before and after, but I tell you that I am a discipline man and I don't let my emotions make decisions for me. And besides, I don't plan on selling my coin after the bull run, I have decided to keep using the DCA to accumulate more even in bearish trends. I don't plan on becoming a trader.

Yeah you heard me correctly, I won't be selling my coin untill I need them to complete what I have In mind, and I'll sell only small portion, that is if I really want to sell  after some years. Reason for not selling after the bull run is because, I'm not into altcoin holding/investment, i only hold Bitcoin, and I don't plan of selling my BTC anytime sooner. But I'll keep on accumulating more to my portfolio as long as I keep getting income, I'll use the DCA to buy little by little until my holding becomes more impressive.

When the price decreases after a bull run I try to make sure that I have already taken my money out just right before the market declines meanwhile the low prices allows me to accumulate more tokens altcoins might not be the best investment for long-term so watching the market vigorously will help you make some profit much sooner

I took some partial profits in the last bull run when I needed fiat urgently having exhausted other options to source for money which was necessary to met up with some urgent needs, I sold some of my coins with the hope of hodling the remaining coins till halving, however the market had been experiencing a downward trend even in the aftermath of approval of Bitcoin ETF by SEC I was hopeful that after the approval all cryptocurrencies would experience another massive pump in their prices my remaining assets would also earn me more profit unfortunately reverse was the case  though I am very optimistic that the market would return to a bullish trend.

I think it's too late to regained what we have lost or sold during the last bull run, so the practice should be,

a. accumulate in the bear market, 2022-2023.
b. sold in the bull run in 2024 or wait and continue to HODL till 2025 and sold if our altcoins reaches all time high.

For me that is my practice, I know it's going to be hard to do that, but my experience in the market in 2017 highs and then followed by the bear market in 2018 teaches me that. You can still accumulate though this year before the bitcoin halving or even throughout, but the profits might not be that big.

After the bull run what follows is the dump of all cryptocurrency regardless of which cryptocurrency you're holding. After the bull run, the almighty Bitcoin also gets dumps but it doesn't stay down forever as it'll start pumping after the dump has happened. I have gained after the bull market, I gained by buying some altcoin after they dumped following bitcoin dumping. I bought solana after it dumped so bad, I bought around $25 and it's trading above $100 and I'm in profit.

When the market starts dumping, we don't have to be afraid but look for good altcoin that are trading very low and buy them. We don't have to buy every altcoin we see but look for the altcoin that have good fundamentals and a working Blockchain that many projects are using so we can gain whenever those projects start getting many attention from the market. Solana are having many memecoins on their Blockchain right now.

The market always evolved just like the way the planet Earth will keep revolving around the Sun. We need to understand that the market has different phases jus like we are able to move from one level of Schooling to the other without any jumping or pressure.

My bag never get recovered from the dump it experience after the last bullrun. I joined cryptocurrency towards the end of the bullrun and my investment got dumped. I'm highly waiting for the next bullrun to make profit.

Sometimes we don't even know that the bull run has ended be for we noticed. There are many ways we could know that the bull run has ended but many new investors might not know that the market will go to the bear for as long as possible.
It is good when we study the market and find opportunity that would work for us as traders and investors crabbing them with full force.
The bull is the time for us to make money for ourselves why the bear is the time to leave the market.
