I guess just the same with that logic where tradition permits this kind of gambling, there are community in a local place where government allows the arena to cater the fight and allow gamblers to go to the place and enjoy each fight that they participate and bet their money. But in this kind of gambling, those who bet and taking care of a rooster to use for fighting are getting the satisfaction through this. As a local resident of PH, I think the masses in our country are more familiar with cock fighting rather than poker or at least in my area.
