The collateral has to be more than the amount of loan you are seeking, not the other way round, buddy.
With the amount of collateral you are offering, you could get a loan worth $80 or $90 at most.

What's the point of this?  If you are using USDT as collateral for a USDT loan, why don't you just "borrow" from yourself and avoid the 20 USDT penalty?

Are you trying to say crypto or USDT you are offering as collateral is frozen in some crypto "earn" program or service? Is it staked or in some DeFi?
If that's a yes, then your collateral is not valid and might not get a loan from anyone here.

How do you plan on giving the collateral to the lender? What prevents you of not paying back and withdrawing the USDT staked on Binance as soon as it unlocks? (and when is that?)

You can’t transfer locked crypto from Binance Earn to another user, thus, your collateral is invalid.
