It's possible that there's some trouble with exch.cx, as their forum representant hasn't written anything on the official ANN thread for several weeks (even if some forum members have asked questions). There was however a fee change (for BTC/XMR) on their interface in the last days, so someone seems to be managing the site. (Don't know about the support chat, didn't have contact in the last weeks.)

It would be sad if this service didn't turn out to be what several of us (including me) thought. Even if I wouldn't have a problem to advertise exch.cx for free for a week or two, I will proactively delete the signature so in the case there is an issue (legal problems, for example.) nobody is directed there, and also comment on some recommendations I made for this service in the last weeks. This is of course only a preventive measure, if exch.cx is coming back to the forum and regularizes the situation, then I'll be happy to recommend them again.

I'll keep it as well for now, eXch.cx is a site, where I really like to exchange my coins and hopefully we'll hear some good news soon.

I also still hope the situation could normalize, even if the campaign ends it would be nice to hear that there's everything ok with the exchange, as I really like to use it.

PS: Glad that the situation has normalized. I've re-added the signature, edited out a comment I made recently in another thread about some doubts I had on them.  (The doubts I had were largely due to the remote possibility that the site could not be managed by the same people than before, largely because of worries about legal problems). Again I can only recommend this excellent service

As far as I can see in the exch ANN thread, some of the members have confirmed successful exchanges on their platform these days, so it seems (at least to me) that there are no operational problems here. Pausing a signature campaign is certainly not it.
