Some are probably ethical and safe wilst others are scams/unethical/illegal...

This being said, i'm pretty sure most (but not all) of those offers are offering hacked accounts or they're trying to scam the buyer.

I'd probably suggest to look at the seller's profile, see if he's got negative feedback, see how long he's been around,... Then i'd probably look at the product they're trying to sell: do they look legal or are they probably hacked???

Only if the seller has a lot of trusted positive feedback (not feedback coming from untrusted newbies), is around for a longer time and (preferably) allows escrow, is selling legal accounts (to the best of your knowledge), i'd consider buying from them..

The low rate/fee is not the problem here but the genuity of the service, just find the genuine ones and leave the rest. This is often a partnership arrangement if it's genuine, those companies/services are buying it in bulk and at a subsidized rate after negotiating with the originating companies.

They are to do more marketing for the real company to sell their products and it's a win-win situation for the two parties.

But be careful about how you make your payments, genuine or not, they could still hide under that to scam people of their data and money. I love to use an account or cards that are strictly for online payment for such a service. I don't hold much money in such accounts.

I don't think there's a simple one-shot answer for this... If those groups got these subscriptions/services in a legal way, you'll probably won't have any problems with them. If they breached the terms of the subscription or service provider (or if they're plain hacking these accounts), odds are that you'll run into problems using them sooner or later...

I have experience on Netflix but yours is pretty cheap I bought a Netflix account with 1 monthly subscription for $3 from a legit seller I don't have any problem except many users use the same account meaning it is shared accounts I'm not the only one who uses the account.
As for me, I've never had any problems until now. However, if you buy a Netflix subscription for $1.5, you might get some issues in the future such as a login issue or movies unable to play because many users use the same account at the same time.

I'm sure ChatGPT has the same issue if many users are using the same account.
Except if you are the only one using it and if it's not a hacked account.

I think this is the only risky deal if you will ask me and the rest is safe since you will not use real identity to have access on cheap premium account because it's ready to use. Purchasing discounted air tickets is risky since you will need to input your name on the purchase and the bank can track you if ever the original owner of credit card report the unauthorized transaction.

Premium subscription typically acquire through purchasing hack cc. Those premium accounts is a risk of losing premium in monthly basis since the cc owner can stop the subscription anytime. I think just enjoy the premium while it last. I would avoid every account that's created with hacked cards, that's morally unethical and you may end up in trouble.
From my experience, a lot of companies offer cheap prices to Turkish customers, including Playstation, Netflix and some other famous companies. You can get legit account from Turkish resellers that won't be hacked. Overall, it's not really legal to use Turkish account if you live in another country but you won't have any problem, it's like a gray (grey for brits) zone.

Just keep in mind, when deal is too good for you and too bad for the seller, then something is definitely wrong there. Before you buy any account, always check what can be the minimal price if it was legit for you to buy from countries where it's cheap.

There are reliable sellers and they do it in legit ways, It should always be a license or code never a software, the software is sometimes bundled with other software that can risk your machine.

I subscribe to an antivirus app, I know that they also offer valid licenses for multiple devices. So the only potentially legal way to use is for these people to pool together multiple users of the same software to buy such a license.
Other than that I have no idea other than some illegal ways like hacking, or unauthorized use of sold keys if they're acting as a reseller.

If you are buying from a reliable source then they are safe otherwise they are not. Except for air ticket selling I have dealt with many dealers who are selling all the other tools and services you mentioned in your post. And to be honest, if you get your hands on a decent and trust dealer then you could really use these services for a lesser amount and at a good deal. Let's say I wanted to buy Semrush one time but the budget is so out then I remember a dealer who could provide me a screen of the account because such tools have the option to add members in the team.

Once the members are added they all could use the tool but some might have more authority while some will have less. Point is all that makes the buying of such tool safe is getting them from a trusted seller and belive me it is very hard to find them but once you will be among the people of same niche or field then you will find them easily. Like I found.

Most accounts are likely from gray market so there's always a good chance something could go wrong. This is why most of these sellers offer replacement if you encounter a problem -- at least from what I've seen in the past.

I've also seen sellers come and go so for monthly subscriptions like netflix, you wouldn't wanna avail a 12-month subscription right off the bat lol.

I think for softwares or games, there are websites you could go for which should have better reputation than those in telegram.

@Z_MBFM rule of thumb: if some offer is too good to be true, it usually means that its a scam. With that being said, I wouldn't never buy an important piece of software (like Windows key) from some dodgy website as I want everything to work perfectly and in general I avoid those ridicolous 70% "discounts" as that means that there is some catch.

If the cheap services are provided by the owning company, it is okay, as companies always offer some offers and discounts to promote their products, but if they are offered by unknown people, it is mostly scam.

I've seen many such services at cheap prices here in the forum at cheap prices by some newbies but I'm not sure it's legal so it's better not to get involved with such dubious services.

Netflix has already cracked down on password sharing so this business model has already come crashing down if not already, so I'd steer clear of future such offers.

IDM/VPNs price make sense, seems like a normal thing to do in that space.

ChatGPT is questionable as there's no way to share a ChatGPT account.

SEMrush looks too good to be true, as do the Windows keys - they might just sell you one of the stock product keys used for running a volume licensed test build (but still with the watermarks).

Back then, when I was still in high school, I would try to look for such service, but truth is chances of getting scammed or something being unreliable after buying it at a low price are pretty high.

The companies always find the loopholes and invalidate the subscription licences in most cases.

If you can validate the license and fill in the license through a legit software interface then it is legit In the case of Netflix I have a premium account and am sharing it with my relatives who are in the same locations, I have one rented it to my neighbor your account will not get flagged if you are on the same location, that is my observation.

There are legit software sellers on Shopee and Lazada the two popular marketplaces in Southeast Asia and they all have a lot of positive feedback from their clients, I remember buying one for a 50% discount and the licenses were all legit, maybe they got it from through bulk sales.

Im always skeptical in regarding this part because i have that shit experience on buying that Windows 7 license back in the past where 10 isnt really that popular. I was able to get that license key for cheap
but after a few weeks then it started out to show up that "This copy of Windows is not genuine" which i did really promise myself not to deal up with cheap things. There's always catch up into it.

In speaking whether you would really be buying or not with these things then its up to you but you wont really be that so dumb on not to know about the probabilities about whether these things to be legit or not.

But that is impossible if you buy from someone online. Most of the time they live overseas, and even if you live in the same region it is unlikely that you share the same city. My sister usually buys these shared accounts to view Netflix but it always gets flagged easily, or lasts just short of one month. If you really like the service I'd suggest buying them directly instead. Although I don't think Netflix is worth your subscription considering how they acted in the last few months.

Before purchasing those software that you need, verify it first from the actual vendor if they're really offering those kind of low or discounted offers. Because if not, you better not pursue the transaction 'cos it might compromise your own device or service upon availing that unauthorized sale. I've seen people in socmeds do offer discounted offers like in Netflix, utility bills and stuff and I don't know how they do that especially for the bills. And for the Netflix accounts, maybe it's like for the shared accounts and they just want to have someone to share with the subscription. But even with that, support for the cause of the actual service with the rightful amount unless the discounts came from them. My wife's a fan of discounts but she usually check the authenticity of it if it's from the genuine merchant or partner shops.
