If you have a huge investment amount in place you won't find it easy to take your eyes off from the chart. Frankly speaking!

Like we say, buy the dip! buy the dip! It's not easy to keep on buying when you have an already invested amount dropping down in value when you were expecting a rise in price by this period of the year but reverse is the occurrence, which also on the other hand shouldn't be a thing of surprise for those that have familiarize themselves with volatility of the market.

We shouldn't base our expectations of the market to most of these market  speculators, they could be speculating base on emotions and perspective. 
Your view on the  price of bitcoin currently now depends on you, to some it's a bad moment but for some others it's an opportunity for future profit. What you do with this moment would matter on your portfolio a lot in time to come .

Honestly the current price of Bitcoin is not encouraging and it can make one take a decision that you'll regret and OP I think everyone will have to glue their eyes on the price of it will go up or down, patience is the key to all these.
At the moment no amount of prediction can make traders or investors to feel better, for now they hope for the best. The price is going up but I don't know if it will get up to $30k.
$26k is the current price, before the end of this week my instincts tells me that we're going to have it at $29-$30... Not a prediction just what I feel might happen.

^^ I wouldn't say that the price is discouraging though, we have been in this kind of price movement, and compare to the lowest low for this bear market, the current price is still good in my opinion.

I was quite surprised that we are not looking to be in the green side in the last 8 hour time frame, so it's encouraging to me and at $26,550. I wouldn't be surprised if we went and goes to $27k at least before the end of this month.

When you have been into Bitcoin for a long time all these moves aren't going to shake you a bit, while Letterdhub is saying that it's not easy to keep buying the dip and it's hard to take your eye off a large amount invested in Bitcoin I find this very funny, because if I can recall correctly, the two biggest dips so far are 17k and 15k, if anyone accumulates a good number of Bitcoin at this price they are still in profits today.

If you are panicking because you invested a large amount of money, it's because you go all in at once when the price is already increasing, I don't feel this way because I I grabbed my chance at the lowest, I am not saying Bitcoin can't go lower, but this is what THEY want you all to feel like, tired of holding and probably giving up.

When Bitcoin is finally ready to pump it will come when there is so much fear in the air, and those who make decisions at such time will benefit the most.

This fall of bitcoin price shouldn’t be a thing of concern because we have seen from past markets events that there is always a fall like this whenever the bitcoin halving is approaching. So it shouldn’t be a thing a of worry but rather a moment of accumulation. But we can’t take away the fear of losing away from newbies during every drop price, because most are early into this and may have invested money that they are not capable of investing into it. The market experts are those that will appreciate the moment because of the prior experience as this will give them another opportunity to accumulate. As for me I will stick to DCA and not panic since a 1 bitcoin remains 1 bitcoin no matter the conditions

Well not everyday is Sunday and Bitcoin cant continue its upward trend forever. If you remember price of Bitcoin few months back, it was around 16k$ and from there it jumped to 30K$. The price was very much stable on 30k$ and we have to admit that Bitcoin wasn't able to break resistance of 30k$. Now there is small DIP of 4k$ and we have speculations that price of Bitcoin is not encouraging. Just HODL and dont panic, Bitcoin is going no where.

Don't lose hope because the target is not this year, the halving hasn't happened yet so don't panic too much, just stay optimistic.

Some speculators may guess wildly because predictions cannot be guessed with certainty, for those who are not strong, they will definitely break up halfway for fear of the price being destroyed again and they think they will suffer losses, maybe they think so.

At the end speculations are just that, what matters is the reality that we have to face, so even if there were some speculators that were expecting for the price of bitcoin to be higher at this point, it does not matter, what matters is that there was a dip and this is an opportunity to buy bitcoin, after all the price had remained stagnant for some time, and while this is considered to be a bad scenario for those expecting a raise on the price, this is great for those that were waiting for dip to buy even more bitcoin.

You wont really be having that kind of disappointment if you are really just that having  that realistic approach towards market price and not something that being too positive with your investment.There are people

who are really that too optimistic towards price and they do believe that on the time that they do make out some position then they would really be tending to believe that the price movement would already be going up without even reconsidering about those sudden declines after purchase or entry due to market common movements and situations.This would really be resulting into that disappointment and other impulsive emotional approach towards it. Common newbie investors or traders are the main ones who do affected with these drops and to those who are experienced then they do already get used to it.

The key on here is that never ever make yourself that checks out the price every now and then because no matter how experienced you are, you are really that putting yourself on the chance on being that impulsive

For those that have invested earlier and has a lot of savings in bitcoin will not really feel happy the way the market downturn has been over the weeks. But at the same time, it’s an opportunity for those that have not invested to buy at a lower price than some that have bought earlier at an higher price compared to this. As it is advantageous to some, it is also disadvantageous to some which no one has control over.

There’s no a bad time to enter into the market, if you employ the DCA method since you started your investment, it’ll be very easy to take advantage of this opportunities that comes around with the volatile nature of the market. It is out of the question for an investor who invests in Bitcoin to despair. If you are buying Bitcoin, you know that the price will rise and fall at certain times. Being able to wait for the price to rise is more important than anything else. The Bitcoin investor has also learned to wait over time. I cannot say anything to those who invest in Bitcoin in the short term, but those who invest in the long term understand what I am saying. The investor who knows how to wait always wins.

1. Yes, this is a good opportunity to buy a lot. But there is no need for coercion so you do silly things.

There's no giving up and I'm not going to make the same mistake I did in the past by selling faster. I am optimistic about the future of bitcoin as it is in fact getting closer to the halving. I have stood my ground to become a long term holder, but unfortunately the lack of additional fund meant I had to adjust my will in terms of accumulation.

Without even trying to realize that making money or profit is really via with that volatility in price. Its true that most people are really looking after about increase in price most of the time on which we know that this market is really that volatile in the first place and that what makes it profitable if you do really just know on how to play with the price movement. Its true that checking out from time to time about price drops could really give out that kind of reaction and emotions on which it might really be leading into that possible alteration of your trading decisions which it wont really be that good for you.

Always be wise on when to get in and when to get out specially when you are in profits. Market cant really be calm most of the time and there would really be moments where storms and waves do really surges.
This is why it is one of the most common risks and scenario that you would be facing in this market. Falling price is common and instead on seeing this as an disadvantage, it would really be rather wise
on taking this as an opportunity to have some nice or good entry.

Both conditions can occurs but it depends on the thoughts of an individual so those individuals who already have some bitcoin will surely be worried about such fall in price because price become more lower than expected.

On other hand those who don't have any bitcoin may be see this fall as lucky moment to have some bitcoin at this price because everyone wants to take profit. I think that by visualizing such lower price there will be some individuals who will consider halving period as a wrong information because demand is not such high for bitcoin that was in previous months.

The price is greatly related with that of demands so when price reduces and reductions is because of news so may be it negatively impact the demand and I don't know what will be in future but as the price is still lower so holders will be in hope for the correction again.

When you have cold money it's better, don't use hot money or so-called money that is used for your needs then it's a silly act.
There is no loss of hope, everything still has a chance to recover and improve, just wait until 2024/25 and be patient.

I am not a long-term shareholder but the priority now is more on bitcoin which I think a few years will reach the peak (my expectation) when the price drops it will not waver, I will continue to HODL until I see the price at its highest.

To be honest I have lost quite a bit of value from my investment portfolio during this major correction, but I can safely say that I haven't sold anything so far. Price volatility is something I've taken for normal for bitcoin, but of course accumulation I will always hope for. But so far I'm still sticking to the long term plan instead of expecting returns in the short term.

Bitcoin has great potential in the long term and I should use it to build a better financial condition for me. The average person does it even though some of them lament the price volatility, but it's a win-win situation for others.

It depends of the type of trading or investing you are doing with your funds. If you are long term investor, then you don't need to worry that much because you have a very long time horizon. Every down or bleeding season is an opportunity to buy more. There's no thrill to you near term fluctuation of price. You just buy more and accumulate more assets that you thnk is essential in the future. When you are doing short term trading, then you have to be carefull, because timing is important, there's a great risk but also there's the opportunity for you to make money both going short position or going long position.
