Removing the KYC policy page won't make LeeBet a 'No-KYC' casino. LeeBet is a Curacao licensed casino and the identity verification requirement is still mentioned in the terms page (check the clause 5.2 and 9.3) of your casino.
So what is their point to say that they removed the KYC policy then if they still have the written terms that they reserve the right to ask identity verification?
Also, they reserve the right to revise and/or change their terms anytime so they claim today as No KYC casino by removing their KYC policy but they may also bring it back anytime when they want.
I feel what they have just announced here about removing KYC policy and claming to be NO KYC casino is just a prank because they still have the right to ask KYC anytime based on their terms.
I will not be surprised if there will be some players reported that they are asked to complete KYC in the future.

It will be impossible for any online casino (legal) with a valid license to erase the KYC/AML policies on their T&C, it will bring a real serious problem for them.
When there is a legal online casino state that there is no KYC on their platform then its up to us to decide whether to "trust" their words or not with a risk you can be asked to do a KYC anytime.

We all aware that this is one of marketing strategy to bring new users into the platform, some people might trust their words and some dont.
There are many better ways to promote the site to lift the platform reputation, no KYC statement is debatable and there is no legality of that.

It is a common problem with the terms and conditions, when we want to make a withdrawal with a large amount they make our account suspicious so they force us to provide KYC, even after KYC is completed they will make things difficult for us such as countries that are prohibited and so on, this is quite common It depends on us whether they will act fairly

This is a way that many casinos have found to keep their customers' money without the casino being accused of scam because the casino will say that the customer is not respecting the terms, for example there are casinos where their representative here on the forum has said that people can use VPN to use the casino, I've seen a few times where people ask if this could be accepted for people who are in restricted countries, but some casino representatives have said yes, people from Restricted countries can use the casino, I even ask these representatives who have said this, how this would be possible, given that their casino's terms of service say they do not accept people from restricted countries and do not accept the use of VPNs.

So I started to come to the following conclusion that often the casino representatives who are on this forum are not the casino owners, they are casino employees whose mission is to get customers for the casino and they use all methods to get customers, because without customers the casino will not pay salaries to employees, another conclusion I reached was that in the case where the casino representative on this forum is also the owner of the casino, he is lying that people will not do kyc, they are lying that people from restricted countries can use the casino, they keep lying that people can use vpn, but they don't change anything in their terms because they know that as governments have been tough on money laundering crimes they can seize the casino and the owner would be stuck

Also casinos can use TOS as a weapon, just people here on the forum lie saying that they are a casino without KYC and when people create accounts and deposit money in the casino, then they would ask for KYC and if the person refuses, then they will confiscate money from the casino. person and would close the person's account, and they will claim that this procedure is in their TOS and that the person when they created the account accepted this. That's why no one should believe in empty words, if nothing has changed in the tos then it's not worth creating an account. especially everyone should be very careful with TOS that says that the casino can change the TOS without prior notice

what i believe is happening here is that there is no kyc for small deposits, like if your accumulated deposits is below 2000 euros. because most licensed casinos are not asking kyc for small time players with deposits/withdrawals below their minimum limit, let's say 2k USD or 2k euros.

totally removing their kyc will be against their license. so i also don't believe that they will totally discard this protocol as it is a must for any licensed casino.

as they haven't removed it from their terms, it means, it is either temporary protocol or no kyc for deposits less than 2k euros? the rep can clarify on this matter so people won't expect that they are totally operating without kyc policy.

Honestly confused as well on what has changed 😅

Looking at the post from the first page, the 2K limit has been mentioned on august this year so it's nothing new.

When a user makes an aggregate lifetime total of deposits exceeding EUR 2000 or requests a withdrawal of any amount inside leetbit.io Platform, then it is compulsory for them to perform a full KYC process.

A copy of Government Issued Photo ID (in some cases front and back depending on the doc)
A selfie of themselves holding the ID doc
A bank statement/Utility Bill

Source

I did notice they changed the word "compulsory" to "may", though if you ask me, it's more or less the same to me.

When a user makes an aggregate lifetime total of deposits exceeding EUR 2000 or requests a withdrawal of any amount inside leetbit.io Platform, then we may ask them to perform a full KYC process.

KYC policy and terms of service pages last update mark was on January 1, 2023 as well that could denote nothing important has been changed 'yet'.

Unsubscribe/Unsubscribe preferences links still doesn't work in your emails.
It is working for me. What happens when you click on the unsubscribe preferences?

Nothing happens, no click is registered. I thought this could be an issue on my end, so I tried unsubscribing from other newsletter, there it worked fine.

For LeetBit troubleshooting purposes, I use protonmail and accessing it via mask browser on android device running android 13. If you need anything else, let me know.

We see there is a lot of confusion regarding our KYC policy, and we are sorry for it.

We have reviewed our KYC policy multiple times and we have made a few adjustments according to your feedback and suggestions, but we still need to remain under some regulations and rules.

When we started to operate, we had KYC mandatory for all users. A few months ago, we have disabled it. Generally, KYC on Leetbit is not mandatory. The option to fill up KYC is there, and it must stay there because of protection, regulatory and retention reasons. The only reasons why we MAY ask you to fill out the KYC are:

1. Going against our terms and conditions and/or Leetbit's rules (abuse, suspicious behavior etc...)
*Applies to depositing more than €2000 or requesting a withdrawal (ONLY if the account breaches regulator T&C)
2. User birthday reward/bonus (to prove your birthday if you want your bonus paid - optional)

More information about our KYC can be found here: https://www.leetbit.io/en/pages/KYC

This means doing KYC is not mandatory, but we have that option available due to the points mentioned above.

Just some additional insights: In more than 95% of cases, all KYC that we did were regarding birthday bonuses/rewards

To address another question regarding the usage of a VPN and restricted countries.

UPDATE 1: We don't have problems with our users using VPN for our website due to the nature of cryptocurrencies.

UPDATE 2: You are free to access Leetbit.io from any country in the world. We don't have specific restrictions at this point. However, it might happen that some casino games/operators won't be available if you are visiting from UK, USA or Australia. Our esports offer is working correctly everywhere

Kindly merge your consequtive posts into one post, what you have done is something against the rule as it is considered as bumping your own thread more than 1 within 24 hours while you are allowed to bump 1 time only in 24 hours.
Just a friendly reminder because your account might be banned if you do it again and again, so dont do it again and better to merge all your 3 posts above into 1 post only.
By the way, where have you been in the past month as you did not make any post since December 22nd.
Be more active if you want to promote your casino in this forum seriously, most forum members will not feel confident to play in a casino with inactive representative in this forum.

I did a quick check on your ToS. looking at your terms and conditions I can still see the prohibition of VPN usage and lists of countries that are restricted to use your platform, are you gonna update your ToS to implement this or put a disclaimer saying that these specific rules are not applicable for crypto gamblers?

I have noticed that you aren't much active on this thread and that's not a good thing at all. As a representative of a casino you should try to be more active on this thread as that will help out you guys in getting more players for your platform.

I have also noticed that you aren't running any advertising activities like a signature campaign and a review campaign on this forum. If you really want to get more exposure on this forum then it's highly recommended to run a signature and a review campaign.

I did a quick check on your ToS. looking at your terms and conditions I can still see the prohibition of VPN usage and lists of countries that are restricted to use your platform, are you gonna update your ToS to implement this or put a disclaimer saying that these specific rules are not applicable for crypto gamblers?

3.4. You may not use a VPN, proxy or similar services or devices that mask or manipulate the identification of your real location.

4.1.3. If you are a resident of one of the following countries, or accessing the Website from one of the following countries:

United States of America and its territories, France and its territories, Netherlands and its territories and countries that form the Kingdom of Netherlands, including Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten, Australia and its territories, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Spain Cyprus, 4.1.4. To collect nicknames, e-mail addresses and/or other information of other Customers by any means (for example, by sending spam, other types of unsolicited emails or the unauthorised framing of, or linking to, the Service);
This is a hit. This is a confusion that the casino should fix quickly. We don't know what to follow and this can cause issues with the casino as they don't update their TOS or their representative here is spouting his own rules. I believe that ToS is the one that should be updated before any other platform accounts as majority of the people that really play on their casino will base the rules on their website.

New feature is being released on Leetbit.

New feature = more gifts

We actually released it, but it is kind of "hidden". Can you find it?
