We are not a bank or exchange - these institutions are designed for storing money. We do not want to risk to appear as such institution.
So the policy above is legal and procedural.


But it can be offset by our other internal policies in the marketing and support department.
If a player comes back in a year or more of inactivity and complains to our support team that his balance does not correspond, we would be stupid not to make an offering to him that can offset this penalty.

I would say that it is really just that a small amount which it could be easily be achieved out on that 2k eur deposit.

Exactly since its bit disappointing when we are there and suddenly mandatory Kyc is been asked. So much better that they put that upon registration so that there will be no question rise against this topic. Totally laughable and useless on asking out KYC on 2k deposit overall or total and its true that why not really that asking on the time that people registers? With those numbers then it would really be just considered out to be that still on that way since its really that very minimal and just as mentioned that it is really that a threshold that anyone could easily achieve which means that they can easily be asked out some KYC even if they have played out minimal games or certain deposits which it is really that something that we dont really like. So i do agree into those words that better ask it out on the beginning rather than on setting numbers which it is really just as good as none or having nothing at all because it is really pointless or having no use at all.

they won't deduct anything if there's no balance at all. but what will happen if the player decides to be active again? are they going to deduct it once they deposit the money again? now, that's not a good encouragement for new players of this site.
anyway, they may soon find out that they need to rectify this policy or else, they will be avoided by the gamblers.

Then you didn't look carefully... although I don't trade as often as I used to for a long time, and when I make a trade it's usually done somewhere without KYC. When Roobet introduced mandatory KYC I stopped gambling there, I did the same thing when Binance introduced mandatory KYC, I stopped trading there. I feel like it was 100 years ago.

As someone said, if we wish to be fair casino owners should do full KYC before their players.

The only different thing offered by this casino the option to gamble through telegram bot. It is not really new thing too but not many casinos provide this option. Regarding the KYC issue, if your casino asks customers to do KYC in the end, it is better if you ask them to do KYC before they deposit money, especially for customers who want to make big money deposits. This will prevent them from being able to withdraw their money if they want to withdraw large amounts of money due to the obligation to do KYC. Or maybe if they want to deposit big money, there is a notification for them to do KYC first.

As per our written policy - we do not make an account to go below zero. Neither there is and hidden accumulation of the fee.
If any player decides to deposit after a year or more of inactivity, we consider this an account reactivation and he/she has again a year without any deduction.
Additionally any player is entitled to explain his case to our support and we can evaluate exceptions on one-to-one basis. So reversal is possible.
