Going through the website, I was hoping to see some portfolio of jobs done but in going through the website, I saw a very high profile and I was expecting to see loads of certification of completions.

The .top domain name doesn't also sit well with me, I did expect a .com domain name considering the services you offer, it is percieved that you should have known the right domain name to go with such brands.

before launching a reputation management service like this you should be able to build the image of your own brand, so that people will believe that the services you offer are truly competent in this field and can be trusted by people. if that's all there is to it, it's quite skeptical that people will use your services.

Yes, our social media presence is limited. At some point, we considered using them but later found some of them to be irrelevant or not to our liking. Most of our clients come through recommendations. We're a small company and can't take on many clients simultaneously. At most, we've had up to 4 clients at once.

We're based in Ukraine, and the war in our country has had some impact on us and our clients. Due to the war, we lost some clients, and our business is not doing as well as before.

How about those who will visit your site for the first time, they will leave you right away if they see that you're site is not secure, it is industry standard that you make your site secured for your visitors and clients, you should find a way to fix, you are not the only site that uses cloudflare so why not fix it.

Its not good for your reputation if there are request to fix your site and yet you ignore it, even if you're not asking for payment, you have to follow the norm of setting up a site if a simple blog can do it then why cannot, if you cannot do that you can ask help from Cloudflare support.

This is different from the service description. In the service description, you mentioned deleting or pushing down negative reviews, not solving problems. Also, solving problems is the responsibility of the support team, and some negative reviews will not change, so you cannot interfere in it, and some negative reviews are better than not having them at all. .

In other words, the negative review will still be available for viewing but will no longer be at the top; it will be pushed far down. By doing so, it effectively disappears from the top results (gets deleted).

Sometimes, a website may not allow us to overshadow a negative review with positive content. In such cases, we work to at least lower the website's ranking, ideally pushing it down to the next page of search results.

Physically removing the negativity is financially costly and not worth the effort and expenses. Although we have had some experience with physically removing negative reviews in our practice. To achieve this, we invested a lot of effort and engaged in lengthy negotiations. It is a significant achievement if it can be done with minimal expenses. We managed to do it, but we cannot promise the same success for others.
