It is a good move but I think most players are not that interested with such a promo with wagering requirement.
Probably you can try different promotion such as contest/competition where players are competing with other players to win prizes which is wager free.

Those who use VPN to register in this casino in the name of another country, if for some reason the casino wants KYC, then they will not be able to submit any legal documents. Like a few days ago someone complained against vave casino in the forum. The casino initially did not want any kyc but when he wanted to withdraw his winnings the casino asked him to complete the kyc and it was found that he is a citizen of a restricted country.
