I agree with you, bearish market is the best time to invest. It is where people are fear, that's the best time to invest. It doesn't mean you immediately jump into a bearish market, instead you have to analyze that bearish market is going to end. Emotions can be the cause of failure and that's why we have to manage it.

But what if we are in the bullish market, can we still be able to invest?
Yes of course, but we have to accept that the risk is a little bit higher and the profit is a little bit lower compared to those who bought at the bearish market. We have to learn how to analyze the market so that we will know when to invest even we are in the bullish market.

Unfortunately, Bitcoin price won't be easy to predict, it can drop and increase in a short time. But since the price already passed $30k in the last few months, I think $25k -$26k is cheap enough for entry.

Most people (including me) can't forget about investing in bitcoin, I always look at bitcoin price movements, if the price of bitcoin continues to fall I will panic and rush to sell my bitcoin. If you could buy bitcoin and forget about it, I'm sure in 10 or 20 years the price of bitcoin would be even crazier. And I dream of being able to do that, so that my bitcoin investment can become a retirement fund in my old age
