There are exchanges where listing is free, but I doubt that this will help the promotion of your token. If the token has no budget, then no one needs it and its fate will be to be found on some low-liquidity exchanges, where the trading volume of your token will be $100 or less. There are several tens of thousands of altcoins on the market, why does the market need another one that has no budget and no real use?

Promoting a project is very important but if the developer focuses more on its fundamental and for being a good project, then for sure promotions will come on its own and the investors will make voice to promote such project. This is why the project developer should not only focus on the hype but instead focus more on their progress and their roadmap.

Ive known a lot of these projects and its hard to get free tokens on them since they are gonna be swarmed by people and community. Example of these are layerzero, starknet and zksyncs. How little capital do you have? Because marketing costs alone are quite expensive and it can't be done just once or twice, consistent promotion is needed. hiring influencers, managing groups etc. That's all to reach more new users. The capital is quite large and if you really want to develop Token AI you need several teams of developers who are experts in their fields. But if it's just self-development, then there's no good interest, and it will slowly be abandoned.

Actually need much money for promoting token trough social media ads advertising, running bounties and signature campaign until paying streamer for promoting token trough their vlog or their social media account. But I think have an easy way how to promotion token easily with low budget by opening an airdrop space. Many airdrop hunter active right now and make twitter as social media for earning coins airdrop but have budget for listing fees on the exchange market.

In the exchange market listed, there are many coins keep popular and exist right now  without any pre sale yet and their token promoting trough an airdrop only, but developer or owner brave for paying fees listing on the top exchange market without looking for lower listing fees with bad reputation exchange.

Yes quite fishy that OP have generated a coin and still wanders how to promote it and its listing. A plan althroughout the project or roadmap is necessary for a coin to be promising 'coz if it will just be just to say that you  are running a project for your own ego, then that would be a bad thing. Others already have mentioned about bounty projects to answer the concern with regards to promotion of a coin. 2nd with listing, for sure it won't be in an instant especially with centralized platforms or exchanges which might require things. Also, to gauge the risk; if it would be listed, will it have enough popularity and demand for people to buy it? 'coz as we all know, if it won't meet such feat, then expect an instant drop.

Bounty and airdrop is the best way to promote a token. Bounty campaign is very effective for campaigning on various social media. Referral rewards system encourages participants to promote. A strong community is very much helpful for a project development which is possible through bounty.
