I tried the platform today after filling in the lvl 1 KYC.  I deposited some amount  but due to some circumstances it was not credited to my account.  I reached out to the support channel which is  supported by BOT.  Upon clicking the support channel a bot prompted me with multiple selections to identify the problem.  After the selection, the bot send a message that within 3 minutes, the support will handle the issue then give me another option to identify the problem and upon answering, the bot give notice that their support staff will handle the issue.  And after a minute or two, the support contacted me telling that the problem is being investigated by their technical staff so I need to wait.  Within 5 minutes the problem with uncredited deposits were resolve.

Although it was inconvenience for a player to have his fund deposit experience some issue, I am satisfied on how prompt their support staff handle the issue.  It is almost I do not have to type anything except to give the tx id and the network where I deposit the fund since their options given by bot had identify the problem.

That would be nice feature because I have never seen it before, most other casinos are also using percentage to show the progress of the VIP level so players need to calculate themselves how much to wager to reach the next VIP level.  But I dont think they will implement it, because showing the percentage only is more than enough. If they need to show numbers, the progress level bar will look too crowded with numbers especially when it comes to high level as there will be too many numbers to show in the level bar.

Yeah I agree with you Agbe on that fact that the reason for the none reply by the support may be because the agents are finding it difficult to understand what the guy mean and want to take time to respond to it even though the never get in touch with him to let him know how much time they going to take beforuthey reply to his tickets,  but for as far as I know,  the mate may have been one random users just going about testing casinos,  but my worries is that,  why was his account limited inn the other casinos even though the max amount he mention is not up to some casino max bet.

$200 max bet is relatively too low and may be the gambler may have committed some offences that warrant such limitations on his account.

If there is one thing I've noticed from the scam accusations and the forum as a whole, it's that newbie accounts are always the ones complaining about how they were cheated out of a lot of money and how they wagered a lot of money at casinos. However, the truth is that most of these newbies are not actually newbies; some are reputation members hiding behind a newbie account, while others have been around for a long time and don't care about the forum merit system
